Cockroaches in the bathroom, the TV needs to be unplugged from the power outlet, the bed is as hard as a wooden board, the pillow is so hard that it causes a sprained neck, the breakfast is 10/10, the bedding, towels and foot towels are very old.

The hotel is near Central and near the airport. The room is beautiful and spacious. But I recommend using other colors of towels and face towels rather than white because the white fabric is very black. I don't dare to use the foot towel. My grandchildren asked why the fabric is so black. 5555 Stayed for 2 days. It's like the room wasn't cleaned at all. But changed the towels and took out the trash. But the floor and bathroom were not very clean. Everything was impressive. But I would like the cleanliness to be better.

The service of the staff is very good, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, 8th floor, half mountain view, half road, hotel next to the road, near Central Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Airport Wing. **There is an airport shuttle** #Very old towels and handkerchiefs I'd like to change it.
