I am impressed every time I stay at the Landmark Hotel. My husband and I, like me, love to choose this hotel to stay on their way home every time after returning from abroad to go home in Chiang Mai. The restaurant staff are lovely, smiling. And we like to drink before dinner at the beer shop outside The pool is clean, the food is delicious, I think I will go back soon.

Perfect location for our needs as it is close to the vicinity of Bumrungrad Hospital. Ziyad at the reception was magnificent in customer service and professionalism. Thank you Ziad for easing our anxiety!

The woman who checked me in did a great job, informing me of what I needed to know in a friendly and enthusiastic way. Staff on 31 were also helpful and friendly. Folks who serviced my room each day also did a fine job. Finally, my breakfasts on 31 were superb - in particular, the pancakes.

Hotel felt a bit tired. We had two rooms both on the prestige top few floors. One of the rooms was fine but the other smelt and felt damp - I raised this with house keeping and all they did was spray around the room. There didn’t seem to be any extraction fan for the shower. Breakfast is great - many many options. The location is good for access to the BTS and MRT - stations for both in walking distance. Traffic outside the hotel is horrendous at peak time so great to be able to use public transport.
