เริ่มตั้งแต่การต้อนรับ เรารอรถที่จุดรับส่งลูกค้าแต่พนักงานไม่สนใจถามไถ่เลย ไปรับลูกค้าท่านอื่นที่ลานจอดรถไปส่งที่ห้องพักเฉยเลย พอวนรถกลับมารอบสองพูดว่าไปส่งก่อนก็ได้!!(อึ้งจ้าาา) พอก้าวเข้าห้องไฟก็ไม่สว่าง แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น ทีวีดันไม่มีเสียง(ทำตามคู่มือเป๊ะๆ) แถมตู้เย็นไม่ทำงาน พีคสุดฝักบัวฉีดไปคนละทิศละทาง, อาหารค่อนข้างน้อย

For us, we booked for 1600 baht and at that time there were no rooms and we had to reserve this place. It's considered enough to sleep. Just put it to sleep. The view outside is usable. But the view in the room and the cleanliness are not very good. But the service is very good.

Good location near by many landmarks in Khaoyai. The resort is big and very good view. The room is also big and good sleep on the soft bed. would like to suggest for the one who like private conditions. Only rest room was bad smell. and the car service inside the resort wasn’t enough to support guest.
