There was hardly anyone there. We were the only people sitting by the pool. The pool was green and the first day the staff was working on fixing it and said it would be fine the day after. The next day it was still green.

Room was nice, just experienced a lot of mesquitos and bugs even after spraying the room. I hope the hotel can improve pest control. Aircon seems to escape from the bathroom doors as they don’t seal properly. Had to crack up the aircon to stay cool. Food service at the V - Terace was great and Thai and international food quality was really good and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant needs to improve pest control as we spent alot of time trying to keep the flies from landing on our food. We sent an email to the reservations regarding our arrival and requested for Airport pick up and room amentites, however we didn’t get any reply.

Not enough direction sign to drive there

The overall was so good but there are 2 points for me to address here First, the public pool is not clear water. I saw some leaves, flowers inside the pool. Next one is the room next to me is very loud at night around 1-2 am. I could not sleep at that time.

I didn`t read other reviews and booked the room but I knew many customers lost their belongings and money in villa villa Pattaya. I cant change my booking because it is advanced payment that can`t cancel. I called orbitz and explain about security problems of villa villa Pattaya for canceling it before go to there but I cant cancel it and Orbitz tellers said me that they will remove villa villa Pattaya in their hotel list. People can still book this resort in their website. But now I warn everyone strongly about villa villa Pattaya. Don`t go to there. Finally someone stole my expensive two T-shirt(Saint Laurent and Valentino value $1000). Resort staffs cant help to find your belongings. They said me that you may lost those in other place. But I knew that villa villa Pattaya was not safe. So I checked and kept an eye on my valued belongings when I arrived at there. I Put expensive things into my backpack and went outside all day even though when I went to have breakfast But I can`t carry all my belongings like clothes and other shoes. Finally I found that i lost my Two T-shirt in the morning. I cant find my most expensive two T-shirt. Moreover this resort is very far from Pattaya main city. It is like another area. You can`t do anythings if you stay in this resort because nothing is around the resort. Resort staffs call taxi for you 500 baht to go pattaya beach area. It is quiet expensive. It is a total wasted of money and time.

Clean compared to the situation of the so-called five-star hotel in Bangkok good! Clean, staff attitude is also very good !!

Had a great time in a quiet and relaxed environment. Not 5 star but little to fault.

Our stay was a dream to come true. Lovely resort with all the facilities one can dream of. The whole resort has a wonderful landscaped garden, worked in details. Rooms are of luxury fitting, nice bathrooms. Nice restaurant serving a good array of Thai and Western dishes. Nice breakfast spread. Pool is lovely and of pure enjoyment. To sum it up, for the price range offered, this is a must to stay, as long one wishes to be private and in a very quiet surrounding. Excellent limousine service given upon departure back to Bangkok. One major handicap is that the staff have no command of English at all, except for one person, who is not there most of the time. Furthermore, let the employees get some hotel training. It will help a lot for its future business.

Villa Villa Pattaya is a beautifully decorated micro-resort away from the touristy areas of Pattaya. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a relatively nice restaurant that serves breakfast (included) and meals at other times. The food is actually pretty good, too. I stayed at a room with a private pool. The room itself is beautiful and the room alone is worth all the $$. The Spa is not bad either (price is a lot higher than "local spas" but it's a legit spa rather than.... what one would find on a Thai street) The one huge issue with this place is its location. Going in, I knew that I wanted some place a bit farther from the main attractions for a nice, relaxing vacation. However, if you intend to even visit the main beach or Pattaya area even once, be warned! Taxi drivers WILL NOT know how to get you back to the hotel. Every night after dinner or an excursion, I worried about how to get back. Another issue with this place is that only 1 person on staff spoke ANY English at all. One would imagine that the front desk would speak at least a few words of English. But nope. My strategy was to call for room service. Then when the server arrived, then show and point to what I needed to the server... Despite some issues of location and language barrier, Villa Villa was still a very wonderful stay, especially if you are low-maintenance and are looking for a very private retreat.

Villa Villa is a beautiful and quiet resort around 30 minutes outside of Pattaya City. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax and unwind during your trip to Thailand then Villa Villa is ideal. Staff are fantastic, attentive and always happy to help. We stayed in a deluxe garden room over New Year and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and tidy with a beautiful bathroom area with all necessary facilities including an over bath rainfall shower. The food at the resort was fantastic. For a small resort there was lots of choice, and a lot of seafood but also had a western menu. Resort prices were very reasonable for food and drink. The pool area is beautiful and food and drink service, poolside is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great! Great! Great! However, taxi drivers are awe-full, because we went three time to Pattaya city and the could not found the way to Hotel (10-15 min) it took them 2hrs.

Clean and confortable room. Good breakfast but not too much choice. A bit far from Pattaya down town. Must have a car or motorbike if intend to going out. Overall is a good hotel for people who want to calm down and relax away from the city life!!!

Guys its very far from downtown no point to stay there above all housekeeping stole my clothes and my friends clothes.i am coming here since 1994 and its my first experience so dont stay in this hotel its on very bad location.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff who would do anything to make your stay more pleasant. The pool and amenities are excellent. Food is top notch and very reasonably priced.
