The most beautiful hotel in my trip, clean rooms, located in the central area, everywhere convenient, a few hundred meters to the sea. Property for the price is very good. My biggest complaint in traveling in the area is the lack of response whether it be emails or phone calls there’s nothing. We booked our trip well in advance and asked many questions and had no response whatsoever. this was an issue, not only with the hotel but also with Expedia when you book trips and hotels through Expedia, you should have somebody that can answer your questions. We tried many times to call this hotel and we’re not able to get through. The hotel is nice, but it also seems like a hostile it had sleeping areas within the front lobby, this really didn’t bother us, but I just wanted future guests know this. Also, the hotel is affiliated with the Hotel in the back. This is where the pool and food ares are located. I would use this hotel again.

I did not like the rooms. The bathroom was horrible. No irons available. Price was expensive. Rented the room through Expedia at $89 a night. Hotel had rooms available for $26 per night. Hotel was not very clean.

I was traveling with my partner for his birthday and this was our welcome to Thailand. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well, really important when it’s so hot outside. The surrounding area was right in the heart of everything. We walked to the beach, market, restaurants and everything was basically at your front door. We would recommend this place and will hopefully be back again soon!

Many issues with this place from the very beginning. At check-in we were told that the swimming pool isn’t at the hotel, we had to go to another hotel to use it. Even though from pictures it seemed like the hotel has a swimming pool. Went there once, didn’t swim cause they clearly didn’t clean it for a while. When we got to the room we were dissatisfied with the way it was designed because there was barely any space for luggage for two people. Then the fridge to keep the water cool didn’t really work, even after ‘an engineer’ visit. But the breaking point was a red ants invasion. After we came back to the room from an excursion the were red ants all over one of our luggages. It was just so disgusting. There were so many of them. When I went to the reception a couple of times they initially offered a different room with a worse standard than what we booked. But then finally after complaining again and again they gave us a room with similar standards Don’t book that place because it’s definitely not worth the price tag.

Fine if you’re just sleeping there for the beaches, but the hotel is very simple and bland. The issue is cleanliness, our sheets were dirty with blood stains and they didn’t even change them. Other issues with cleanliness in the room. Good for couples, bad for families.

Hôtel décevant, propreté laissait à désiré. À notre arrivé dans la chambre, nous constatons que le plancher semble avoir été lavé avec une vadrouille sale, il y a des traces partout. Le miroir est plein de saleté et il est tout barbouillé. Certaines finitions étaient brisées. Le serviettes sentait mauvais, et ce pendant tout notre séjour qui a duré 6 nuits. Le matelas était trop dur pour nous, chacun ses préférences… La piscine est mal entretenue et verte. Cependant, l’hôtel est très bien situé, a 5 minutes de la plage. Beaucoup d’ambiance dans la rue, jusqu’à tard la nuit. De notre chambre (415), nous n’entendions presque pas le bruit de la rue, mais nous semblions assez éloigné comparativement à d’autre chambre. Il y à près de 30 marches à monter pour se rendre à la réception de l’hôtel! Pas facile avec tous les bagages. Le déjeuner était très bien, beaucoup de variétés. Si vous payer plus de 150$ CAD c’est trop à notre avis. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel si vous êtes habitués à un minimum de confort et de propreté.

Staff at both hotels were lovely and helpful, though I had to remind the cleaners to clean my room. Room spartan and basic. But central and nearto the beach. Otherwise it was more like a boarding house with multiple bed rooms. Should definstely have been cheaper for my noisy double room

Pool is part of neighbouring hotel complex Tipa which I have stayed in previously and if booked early enough is a near identical price. Good location!
