We had a fabulous time. The rooms in the Royal are peefect for families. Easy access to the beach, pool and Aquaventure..Marina Village had cute shops, carmines and Seaside Steakhouse were amazing. We loved Ben and Jerrys too

I liked the hotel , the pool, the beach and the lazy river . It was truly amazing. My family enjoyed every minute we spent there. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and beautiful.

our stay was beautiful, we came back to Atlantis after 11 years with our 9 yr old son, best amenities for kids, he had a blast. Only thing we found odd this trip was the hotel staff- they didn’t appear very friendly, at one occasion, waiting to get a cab at the entrance, i had to wait for the guy to get off his personal call to attend to us, he didn’t seem to be in a rush while us- as guests waited. I really think, customer service has changed a whole lot since my last visit, they should work on that! could be the new generation!
but that’s my opinion of this visit, otherwise the resort itself was phenomenal, will definitely be back again.

Loved our time there, the hotel, the resort are all nice, but the food is waaaay too expensive. They know that there are very few options for places to eat, so since we are stuck on the island, we feel gouged when we have to eat.

the water was not working. terrible customer service. i called front desk asking for help and they put me hold and they cut my call off! i have video of that proof. and they gave me wrong room. i asked for water ocean instead, they gave me the opposite room.

Hotel is old with a lot of areas being remodeling, they give us a third floor room with a big balcony which becomes a trash can for the higher floor rooms, we leave some personal belong outside and somebody throw up on it, the hotel has no policy in this cases, they clean poorly the balcony and collect the items to laundry after we insist a lot. they have only a dry clean, well no exceptions for accidents in a hotel that size? No regular laundry outside to support accidents ? They clean our clothes but it come bad still stain and dirty, employee also treats you poorly and demand extra tips all the time with some few exceptions, the hotel includes 15% automatically as tip and we can decide for the additional, in many cases I will never tip the service due the way they treats me, I am glad to tip 25% as usually do for being treated well, to complete the experience we ask a previous for the hotel bill and they charge us for the laundry and some others things we never order please if you stay in Atlantis make sure to check your bill

The pools, beaches and cove were outstanding. Crystal blue waters and white sand beaches. We were upgraded to a Royal Suite that was wonderful. Would do it again in the future.
