Great food with lots of options

Right, there are alot of problems with this property. They amount of money they are charging, service is really mediocre. I suggest you book one of the larger chains so there is a service standard - the property services cannot handle the amount of people they have this summer. - pools and other entertainment is ok - the food is boring. They have the same things each day in the restaurants so you get bored after the 3rd day. They should have more themed food sections, such as chinese, japanese, indian, american. You get sick of eating the middle eastern food everyday -the rooms are only made everyday not cleaned. - most of the fridges in the room doesnt work so you cannot keep your medicines - the golf carts take forever to come - they give you only 1 room card. Never happened to me before every at any other resort. If you ask for the second one, they ask for a €5 deposit - the reception staff is really unhelpful. They only have a poker face on when you ask them for help The staff is racist, atleast the managers. All in all, spend your money elsewhere. You dont want to be stressed or fighting on a holiday

For the price we paid, it was utterly disappointing. The staff all over the resort was rude and just didn’t want to help. Barely any English speaking staff which frustrates guests even more because they don’t even want to make the effort to understand. Check-in: They put me in room which was less in price and not what I had booked My view was of a parking lot The staff was unhelpful Room: The room had hair on the floor (pics attached) Overall the resort had a FLY problem. There were flies everywhere and it could be because the resort and rooms were dirty. Housekeeping would only come and make the bed but leave the floors and washrooms as it is. Service: Since the resort is huge, we would use golf carts to get around which was extremely painful as we would call for the cart and no one would come for 30-40 mins. If we would flag one coming forwards the room, the attendants would rudely ignore and keep driving. Entertainment That was the only part that we thoroughly enjoyed along with the pool facility Food: Again rude staff, if breakfast timing was 7am -10am, they would wrap up everything at 9:30am and leave people hungry. Similar situation with lunch and dinner timings The snack bars have extremely low quality foods. Overall we had a very bad few days and we just couldn’t wait to leave. I have been to many all inclusive resorts but this one just made me so upset all through my holiday! STAY FAR AWAY!

The Aria Claros Resort was great, Very helpful friendly Staff, The Meals where lovely. We are looking forward to our next visit to this Hotel. It was however disappointing that we wasn't told in advance that the Indoor Pool was closed.

Incredible setting. Friendly staff. Nice water park . Great amenities. Very large in making sure you are not short of anything . Multiple areas to eat and drink 24 hours. Good could be better . And communication a little choppy due to language

Not so good. Restaurant is bad. Service is bad. Overall bad.

* Hotel internet was terrible!! Could not load anything at all, the hotel staff at the reception said it would be resolved but nothing was done! * Touch screen button system on the lifts was really annoying, most of the time the lifts button was not responding which made the wait for the lifts really long. * The kids swimming pool was fantastic! We had a lovely time. * Snack bars located by the beach and pools was a great touch. Very quick to get a bite wherever you are. * Food choice was not too bad * Area of the hotel is not that great as you are far from everything and nothing within walking distance.

The worst place I have ever stayed. The staff were so rude I have never experienced anything so bad. This is not a five star hotel the service is less than 2 stars and it is not clean. We complained about the rude staff and on the day we were leaving they made us wait fourth minutes to get our luggage, the taxi was outside and they refused to get our luggage. In the end we had to shout to get the key back and go up with the trolley and take it ourselves. It really was bizarre how rude, unprofessional and nasty the staff were. I have stayed in several hotels I. Turkey and never had experienced anything like this. All inclusive was a joke, the drinks are from a machine... The pool was cold and when you enter they ask you to buy a cap... In any respectable place if the rule is to have a cap they provide you with one free of charge. But not this place! & they didn't give us towels when we went to ask they were dirty! Nothing here was nice. And even the nice things were made bad by the way the staff treated us. When we arrived late at night we waited an hour for check in & were exhausted, the reception didn't even offer us a drink. It is not a five star hotel, it is not classy, or clean or neat or professional. Please avoid it at all costs and the all inclusive is not worth it at all. The worst place I have ever stayed and I have been to over 140 hotels worldwide, some had no stars at all but fair much better than this. I've never had such a terrible experience. Ridiculous.

The manager was very friendly and helpful

Food is obviously bland and cheap, nothing new for 7 days... Chicken and fish are dominant. meat is very rare, There is no food tags in the buffet if you have allergies.. you have to guess what you're eating. it's a nightmare. Cleanses is good, dishes are always clean ... Rooms are well took care of. Staff is rude and not friendly at all inexperienced and unprofessional, English is non-existing ... No one speaks English. Do not recommend at all, nightmare.

Do not stay here we moved hotel after 1 night it is a disgrace and not a 5*! The staff are rude and ignore complaints until it's too late and rooms are filthy. Restaurant is like a cattle market! Ruined our honeymoon pl as do not stay here

The Hotel is good and Beach was perfect with beautiful view and clear sea. We did some snorkeling which was not very bad. We liked the dance club at night but drinks are only available till 12 midnight in most of the bars which was so disappointing as they charge after midnight. The hotel staff specially at reception were usually not trained and they could not speak English. Quality of food is good not great, quality of drinks also good. Spa was amazing with Turkish Bath. Definitely try it. Kusadasi which is a town 30min away from hotel was amazing city. We also visited Ephesus which was great culture to see. Room was clean. We went for Deluxe double in the main building on the 5th floor with amazing view over the sea and large room. Room service was acceptable and air condition was good. The fridge was not working properly so we ask them to change and they did.

The hotel is currently being renovated and I expect it to be great when it is done. However, when we were there some of the restaurants were closed and the staff were not properly trained. Some of the activities were very expensive. The location seems out of the way and taxis were expensive. The food at the main restaurant was absolutely great and the beach always had space and umbrellas available.

Everything fine apart from the final surprise. To be sure of the payment, the reception erased our electric keys and denied access to our room. Before regular check-out, 24 hours before our departure. We were treated like thieves by people far from speaking basic english, obliged to be accompanied to open our room again. Never heard before.

Buen hotel

Böylesi güzel bir otelin, dışarıdaki tüm tuvaletleri pisti.Odalar toz içindeydi çarşaf ve havlu değişmekten başka bir temizlik anlayışı maalesef yok odalarda.içki kalitesi düşük kullandıkları şuruplarda tat yok. Restoranda garsonlar yüzüne bakmıyor,çoğu yabancı zaten.Yemekler fena değildi. Otel biraz yokuştu ama denizi çok güzeldi. Olanaklarıda güzeldi. Aquaparkı çoğu 5 yıldızlı otelden çok daha iyiydi. Temizlik konusuna ciddi anlamda önem verilmeli

Oteldeki eksiler, çok büyük bir alanda sürekli biryerden bir yere yürümek. Havuza gitmek, havuzdan çıkınca bişeyler atıştırmak için snack gibi bir yere gitmek için birsürü yol yürümeniz gerekiyor. Uzun yürüyüşleri seviyorsanız mutlaka gidin. Ayrıca gece heryer karanlık ışıkların çoğu yanmıyor. Artıları soylemek gerekirse, kısaca bol bol yürümek dışındaki yemek vs gibi diğer otel imkanları standardın biraz üzerinde.

Animation war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich, und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.
