Plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Maybe this was a 4-star hotel on its best day when it opened 50 years ago. Now it is worn down and delipidated and badly in need of renovations. A healthy 15-20 minute walk to the center of the tourist area in a not particularly nice area with no one on the streets after dark (felt safe but also a bit spooky). For the price, I wish I had spent a few extra bucks and stayed in a chain hotel with proper 4-star standards. Definitely not a good value for money.

This property was close to many dining options. The area around the hotel seemed clean, safe and walkable. The fellow at reception seemed a little surly, but check-in went well. The room were provided was spacious and clean, but dropped to a rating of 4 because despite signs saying no smoking, there was the smell of cigarettes in our room.

Very nice hotel

A large, modern style hotel that was nice compared to many boutique hotels one finds in Turkey that frequently lack different standard amenities. Our room had a good shower, large room and nice bed. Breakfast was huge and the dinner buffet was a very good value. The hotel offered several amenities (Hamman, spa) and parking was great. The property is a bit old with dark hallways and old-fashioned decor, but I would stay her again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were huge and well maintained. It is centrally located and close to everything. The staff was great and very helpful.

Where ever you want to go it was just 4-5 min drive . Food, shopping centre, amusement. Easy to get taxi from hotel as taxi base was right opposite hotel. Taxi fare were really cheap and good thing is they won’t rip you off. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely recommend

Even our room is non smoking but I am still smell the smoking in anywhere at our room, bed or bathroom towel. The hotel and room carpet are extremely old.

Good breakfast and clean rooms and they upgrade my room

I booked 3 nights, arrived night time very tired from long drive, checked in, entered the room with a bad smell, was gonna choke, humidity smell with disgusting carpet smell probably cleaned 10 years a go, talked to reception to change room, they did the other room was better but still you can smell something bad, I believe carpet needs to be replaced in the whole building, i said to myself i am here for business and my schedule is very tight I don’t have time to go somewhere else and it was after midnight, so i accepted to stay to find out that the mattresses there are too bad and i can here the inside springs making weird noises, again i said I don’t have time to go check another places but when i started having back pain from their old uncomfortable mattresses I decided to leave, i went to reception next morning to tell them that i am leaving i am not comfortable in their hotel and cant be patient anymore, the guy right away said ok no problem i gave them the key and left to another neighbour hotel. Then next day I discover they changed me for 3 nights instead of 2 nights. I emailed them and explained what happened but they said no we can’t refund your money. They didn’t even care about my bad experience, they didn’t even said sorry. DON’T EVER GO THERE THAT PLACE CANNOT BE EVEN 1 STAR HOTEL

Clean rooms good service and breakfast was good

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

Everything was just perfect. Very modern yet warm decor. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast spread was great and delicious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Close and within walking distance to good restaurants. Will definitely come back to Bera Konya

Bathroom had foul smell as if it had not been used for a long time.
