Unlike all the negative reviews, I absolutely loved this hotel. First, the sea view is amazing. Second, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are always clean. They offer a small selection for breakfast, but considering the price, it’s quite good. The location is fantastic — it’s close to everything, with a maximum of 15 minutes’ walk to places like Kaleiçi and Karaalioğlu Park.

clean hotel, air con worked, nothing wrong with this hotel other than the balcony was quite small, would use again, we stayed as B&B and didnt eat there in the evening, so cant comment on the restaurant

I was very happy , as I checked into the Hotel with my mobility scooter they had reserved a room catered to my needs. The balcony over looked the most breath taking view of the Sea. The pool area was also over looked from my balcony. The pool was maintained with high standards which I was impressed with. I hosted local friends for an afternoon at the pool and a table was reserved the bar staff offered great service. The life guard assisted myself entering the pool. I loved the location of the hotel for visiting parks and Old Town .

It’s not a 4 star hotel. It has an amazing view, but the rooms are smelling of cigarettes and the facilities are not very clean. You are not allowed to take any food, drinks or beverages in to your room!!! You are only allowed to buy these products from the hotel shop which is extremely expensive and limited.

we went bed and breakfast and you were not allowed to bring food and drink from outside. baring in mind we have 3 young children one of whom has special needs and a specific diet. i am also heavily pregnant and drank gallons of water. prices in the hotel market were exceptionally more than the shop over the road. Also the shop inside the hotel isn’t always open but still they said we couldn’t bring anything in the sweltering temperatures it was unacceptable. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed no toilet roll replacement or anything. Pool including children’s couldn’t be accessed till 10 which is a bit of a nightmare when you have young kids eager to get in

The hotel personnel don't speak well English and their knowledge about places to visit was very poor. One of the elevator didn't work at all and the swimming pool was closed. The bed were very out of dimensions. The food was very bad specially the breakfast. The pictures shows that the beach is very near which is false.

Lovely view, nice pool area and nice when you first walk in. I was ok with old fashioned basic room but old appliances that barely worked. No cups in room that were very needed due to having dental work in antalya so couldn’t make soup. Staff were asked for cups but they disnt understand. Rooms need updating with decor and appliances. Shame cos such a lovely location

This in reality is a 2 star hotel, rather than the 4 star as they advert themselves. Rooms are very small, bathrooms tiny with a poor quality of amenities provided. Breakfast and dinner were almost inedible and drinks were diluted juices or water. The only good perk is that hitel is close to city center (walkable distance)

Breakfast was terrible limited options Wifi was a nightmare there was 2 different wifi for the lobby and rooms and had to connect each time whenever I would go to the room & lobby. When arriving in the room there was 2 water bottles we asked we need more they said this is a gift from us for the first day & you have to purchase it yourself from the hotel shop. Also while sitting in the lobby they turn the AC off. Also there is no AC in the lift. They have no staff and the spa is closed they can't speak english. The view is the only good thing about it. Very bad experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The front desk and breakfast area staff were very friendly, except the manager. He is an old guy with a beard, you won't miss it, he is everywhere and trying to run the hotel with the minimum cost. I traveled to many cities, this time in Turkey, but this place was the only place with cheap quality breakfast. Their Watermelon was so bad and old, and flies were everywhere. They didn't do anything about it. The bathroom downstairs was so old and dirty, and the place outside looks good, but it hasn't been renovated for a long time.

We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel , when I booked it was looking very nice and clean but actually it is terrible not good at all . It is a big wast if the property with the current situation of it it is a huge building,located in a nice area but it is not kept well.
