It’s one of my best stays away from home, the best are the staff especially Ezal in the front desk,who helped me out from day one to check out. The staffs in the restaurant are also amazing!

The staff was very nice and helpful but the key card to the room was not working everyday, so they had to fix it everyday again and again - this was very disappointing and tedious for us. As well as this, the light in the bathroom was just flickering and not working properly. The shower was very congested which was also very arduous for us because there were just a few drops coming out of the shower and it took very long to be ready because of that issue.

Property was clean and the room was clean.
Could only find 2 English speaking TV channels. Would have been helpful if staff could have told me of others, but no one could.

We liked the hotel in general
We didnt like the hidden charges.
Had yo pay for my coffee and orange juice at breakfast where nowhere were stated that they were extras and when calling a taxi the charge dont start from the hotel but from the taxi office

Overall, not a bad stay. However, main issues are that the housekeepers came into our room even though “do not disturb” was left on the door. Very unprofessional. Also, there were a few ants in the room- which happens in hotter countries, but still not ideal. And finally, the balcony was a waste of time. It looked straight onto a building and it’s not worthwhile unless you smoke as you’ll never use it. Layout and decor of room was a bit strange/dated and bathroom was very public, with no segregation between main room and bathroom, nor any private screening for toilet. Staff were friendly and location was good for our trip. Overall, not bad, but wouldn’t stay again.

Bir gece kaldım. Genel olarak temiz ve konforlu. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Otel gerçekten yeni. Ama yeni olması ile beraber aşağıdaki küçük sorunları yaşamıyor olmamız gerekir diye düşünüyorum.
1- Duş düzgün akmıyor. Kireçten heryer tıkanmış.
2- Otel 2 yıllıkmış ama gıcırdayan bir yatak var.
3- Buzdolabının dış dolabı kırıktı. Kırık dolabı kapatıp açmak gerçekten rahatsızlık verici.
4- Check-out 11:00'de. Ama sitede 11:30 gösteriyor. Bu konu beni çok rahatsız etti. Pazar sabahı uykumdan uyandırıldım. Bu kadar önemli bir kural ise bunu satarken dikkat edeceksin.

Lieve medewerkers, schone kamers en goede service. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Goed gelegen in Kadiköy op 10 min loopafstand van de stadion. Er zijn ook parkeermogelijkheden. Voor de prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is deze hotel een bezoekje zeker waard!
