Nice hotel. Gym require upgrade, machines don't work, not clean and changing room very small, no towels. Breakfast is good (will be nice to add fresh orange juice). Reception staff Mr Mohammad and Mr Ozgul are polite and helpful - hence increased rating. Please note considerable traffic noise day and night. Mosques are near, metro and coach station 7 mins walk, coach to airport only 280 TL and metro 26 TL to 57 TL per journey (east and west Istanbul). Shopping area 6 mins walk. Forum mall 20 mins walk or 2 mins on metro. We found this hotel to be valued for money, staff are nice. Recommend it.

The receptionist was very kind, he let us check in early. The breakfast was good and had variety. When we walked in, we were welcomed by insufferable heat. The ventilation is absolutely horrible, we had to open the windows. And we couldn’t even sleep with them open because of excessive noise. The beds are old, and are uncomfortable. Don’t recommend if you have back problems. The pillows are old, and the blankets are thin and harsh, resembling restaurant napkins more than something to sleep with. The refrigerator didn’t refrigerate properly, which is disappointing considering the giant piece of ice that formed in it. Even the curtains weren’t complete. The photographer did a good job, because he managed to scam us into thinking the rooms were big. There was no space, and walls are unacceptably thin. You could hear all your neighbours when they were in the bathroom. Super tight space. Toilet was a little dirty and lid kept falling on our backs. It doesn’t even resemble a hotel, more like a motel or noisy house with people coming and going. Wish I paid attention to the bad reviews. They were so right!

Lied about how far it is from everything rooms were dirty beds were nasty and breakfast was bad

Room was fine - decent size, AC worked well. Problem was the room had almost no soundproofing. Toilet flushes from the room above or nearby made a pretty loud sound of water going through pipes, and noises/talking from the corridor were pretty clear even with the door closed. Overall fine, nothing amazing but nothing terrible either.

Great customer service

Water leaking from the air condition ..also there is no remote for air condition …when having shower water leaking to floor need to put towels to clean them

Property and facilities were excellent. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, very fresh and plentiful with lots of choices for every taste. Included coffees, juices and water. We had a great rest after a hectic day of travel.

Otel konum olarak yani işimize göre iyi yerde ancak otopark sorunu var. Aracı lobby bıraktım bir gece de 20 km yol yapmış 😔 Otel görevlisine söylediğimde aracınızı başka bir yere bırakabilirsiniz gibi saçma bir cevap aldım buda beni üzdü. Banyo çok küçük en azından benim kaldığım standart odada. Çarşaflar eski ama temizdi.

It wasnt that bad, but the pool didnt have water. We could smell smoke from the room allthought it was smoke free

It was clean. Service was really fast. Location is availabe, but when it comes to prices, it was high. Extra beverages and foods were quite expensive. Moreover spa&hamam were mix (both men and women). It bothered me actually. Regardless of these things it was good experience
