Innpera Hotel

Gym, steam room, Sona, and Turkish Hamam were included and they were excellent.

The hotel was highly recommended by a family member. Great location, polite and accommodating staff. They really and very hospitable. Will definitely be recommending others to stay here.

The water pressure and heat was variable. Breakfast was minimal. Otherwise quite good.

Very dirty, noisy and inconvenient hotel to stay at . All pictures on their website are fake . Stay away from this hotel. Before you pay for it. Check the room see if you can stay there .

Stay well away from this hotel. Firstly the parking is far away and not even sign posted where to go. Had to park in the car park next door. Secondly the rooms have 2 pin plugs come on we are not in a third world country. I am glad only one night was spent here. Room AC was not working. There is no Iron in the room and they provided one upon request with a broken cable. The lighting around the whole hotel is poor in communals and the rooms. It feels like you’re in prison. Who has rated this hotel a 4 star it is no more than a 3 star hotel. There swimming pool is out of service and the small print is way below in the description who ever scrolls all the way down to read the info. Furniture in the room is outdated and sofa bed is poor quality the room looks and feels so outdated. Carpets in the room are such bad quality and stained it’s like no one is looking after this place. The price for 1 night is an absolute joke. They are ripping tourists off specially if your from UK even outside of the hotel it’s the exact same. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL. It’s an absolute shame that my family and two young kids have had to experience this. The beds are uncomfortable and we have had a poor night sleep. The hotel should refund me something back as this is totally unacceptable. The staff are unapologetic and do not want to admit this hotel is no acceptable.

AC is not working I call and ask to fix it many times no response. Furniture are very old since maybe 80's.

Clean and tidy room, staff pleasant and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing - we only ate there once - Lots of places nearby to eat so we went out for breakfast. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that. Good comfortable nights sleep, a bit noisy with the main stretch of Taksim Square being so close. Lots of site seeing places close by so easy access to other places.

This was one of the worst hotel stay ever that I have been too! First of all my husband and I booked double room and when we arrive they made us pay 80 USD more for extra person! But we are only too and the room says on the website 2 persons. Not to mentioned after paying all that money and we stayed for 4 nights they only give water at check-in…. You have to buy the extra water each night… what a rule ? Alsoo most importantly ROOOMSSS ARE TOO DARK! Like it’s night all day. Very very limited lightening. Please save money and book at nearby hotel there are bunch of good ones just few minutes away.

This place is a three star place. Don’t ever choose to have their breakfast. First of all, there serve it on the 8th floor and you have to take the stairs to go up. The elevator takes you only up to the 7th floor. The breakfast has a variety of rubbish. Nothing is of even average quality. We paid for breakfast but ended up eating outside. They have a fitness center but only with a basic treadmill and some useless equipment. The amenities that come with the high room rate are very poor. Their electricity went out every single night. My husband sleeps with a CPAP machine and woke up gasping for breath. Their Wi-Fi is useless and you can’t go on to any website. I used my T-Mobile to communicate. They have a so called lobby which they lock up and I had to seat my visitors in the hallway on chairs on either side of the corridor. What is really annoying is they have variable rates for their rooms. I saw a woman who was bargaining and ended up getting rooms for a cheaper price. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The only plus point is it’s location.

Great location close to Taksim mertro. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Little bit of noise due to night club, but not too much to disturb sleeping. Much better than other hotels in area which are close to night clubs.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location directly opposite Taksim Square. Rooms and decor are somewhat dated. Even the gym was a little bit dated. The rooms aren't very big. They do not claim to be a 5-star hotel...and they're not. It is basic and simple yet clean. You are really paying for the location!
