Was very good, staff very polite and friendly the food was varied and always something different, entertainment team were very good trying very hard hotel has been updated and we love choice of quiet pool or the big pool great for all ages kids loved the kids club will be back.

The positive: The food is really good and the rooms are OK. One can get Turkish coffee and pastries at the reception bar big parts of the day.
The negative: The hotel was overcrowded and it was therefore impossible to get hold of a sun bead; instead, some people (including us) were using chairs of the lunch restaurant as “sun beads”. Moreover, the areas around the pools was very dirty and there was a lot of garbage lying around. Due to the overcrowded situation, we choose to eat one dinner at a restaurant at the marina and also spent big parts of another day on a yacht tour; big thanks to Elif who works at Jolly (who have an office at the hotel) who fixed this for us! There are water slides for kids, but was open a bit in the morning and a bit after lunch; very disappointing for kids, especially compared to previous hotels we have stayed that doesn’t shut the slides.

We booked somewhere else at first which was awful we turned up at 3:30 am unannounced,staff were very helpful understanding and booked us in for a week,yolo team were fantastic with kids, games during day in pool were fun, rooms were clean, porters were helpful all staff so kind , breakfast was not great some waiters quite rude but otherwise I really good stay

Sunbeds and pools capacities was not enough. On high periods you have to think that. People are keeping sunbeds with towels at early morning.
Yolo entertainment team was amazing. Service and food qualities is really enough.

We stayed for a short trip, the staff were great and had no problems at all, very friendly.
For us, the room was a let down, not so clean and not cleaned well whilst there. We have a toddler, so the hygiene of the room was important, sticky stuff on the floor, hairs in the bed, a good mop was needed.

We noticed that the quality of the beverages and the alcohol was not of well quality
One thing is that we were disappointed that the safe was not included and the towels were not free of charge.

Had a very pleasant stay recently at the Julian club hotel. From the reception staff to the entertainment team everybody makes you most welcome here. The food is off a decent standard and the accommodation is kept very clean with bedding and bath towels changed often. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Worst rotgut liquor on the planet. Food was pretty good and a reasonable variety. No enforcement of non smoking areas. No enforcement of adult only pool. Wifi ( extra charge) expensive and unreliable. Parking only on street. Location too far from everything to walk. Extra charge to play pool, use games room, in room safe, all very expensive add ons. Pads on pool lounge chairs filthy. Low class not so "all inclusive" when you look at the big picture. I would not stay here again.

good modern décor ,double bed as requested,sunny balcony walk in largeshower..lots of shops and pubs on the door step up early so lots of sun beds,could not fault the food and staff excellent. will go again a good walk to the sea about 15 min.BUT only cost 2tl for dolmabus to go as far as you want in marmaris.run every 10min.there was a lot of wasps about after the sugar in the pop.might just be the time of the year.points out of ten..9..
