Karinna Hotel Uludag

Karinna offers what ever is needed in skiing facilities a nd accompanying amenities. Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. No special benefits were given to us that were ;promised on booking

weekend trip. It was ok. I have stayed next door the previous year at the Kaya Hotel and that in my opinion is better in terms of service and full board offering.

The rooms are huge. Good varied food options. The ski lift is right behind the hotel. Very close to the cable car.

What I liked most about this hotel are the staff, friendly and always willing to help, and the good food quality. The room was clean and spacious. The condition of the hotel itself are okay, maybe they could switch on more lights in the corridors. I got injured while skiing, the medical care I received in the hotel’s clinic was fast and professional. Much appreciation to the paramedic and the doctor. As for the VIP benefits, I asked not to get the bottle of wine since I don’t drink. However, I wasn’t offered the room upgrade.

Hotel was good, but I didn’t receive my gold member room upgrade and I couldn’t check out later too.

The bathroom is in bad condition. Walls are made of wood and you can hear all rooms. Windows are single glazed and you can hear people playing outside and singing at night.

Great hotel, the food is great, and the service is amazing. Definitely recommend it.

Location only for those who skiing or who’s willing to join the skiing school for learning, else you can have a day trip from the Teleferik directly and spend time as much as you can then leave safely, only breakfast is good but not the dinner for sure is not even basic , rice was not cooked and the rest of food never attracts you , dessert is normal, very important: if you reach the hotel by your own drive you better fix a jenser belt for your tires before your fall in risk of car slipping, I’ve tried to contact the hotel many times to ask some questions about the safest way to reach 30km at the top of the Uludag ( hotel location) no one answer me !!! , the reception was so helpful and they arrange a jenser for my car at my own cost so n my way back from the top to down, most of the hotel guest were from the school students, the only important thing is they have to inform all the guest before booking about the arrival way .

They supposedly have a policy to check everyone who gets in. It is like military facility! Lift queues are terrible. Food is crap. No indoor parking. The car entrance is not cleared of snow.

Avoid this hotel, smelly, dump rooms are given ...my 3 year old daughters comment ‘ mummy it stinks in here ‘ ...rooms on 2nd and 3 rd floor are disgraceful ...we were departing they suddenly oferred a room at the 6th floor...we were shocked why they have not offered the room on the 6th floor at first place...then they put students, groups with out parents to those room they are to young to get their rooms changed ...disgraceful earnings ! Parents watch out where you sending your children...shocked of the standart ...plus you pay so much ...should be categorised as hostel in the area ...not fare at all, very dissapointed ...a photo where the cleaners turned up to clean the room again ...we did not stay in this dump, smelly, dusty room....

the food was GREAT, had a blast for three nights and almost every thing you need is on spot

1: the hotel is smiling smoking weed horrible hotel i have ever seen in turkey the staff are thieves they stolen my wife expensive perfume it worth 750$ and i don't know if money was stoling  too becuse we didn't counted .And the i have to stop them from cleaning the room too so they won't steal again .All staff english is poor so poor i have to repeat many times so they can understand .The the room services i paid my bill for coffee cash i gave her 100TL for coffee she said she will go and get my change and she no show up again i went to the reception to check out i told the lady at the reception that i orderedcoffee and give 100tl and the  room service lady didn't bring my change she called them and answered that she gave it to me i was mad at the reception lady  she  told me our staff said she gave ui told her no  she call her to comeshe came and meet me alone and she told me not to tell the reception about the change and she gave me my change in side  white paper and she went away fast the lady at the reception came back said what!i show her the money the room service refunds to me she was shocked i told her all the hotel is horrible she said sorry this just part of my story. So guys be careful . 1: no one was at the reception we have to look for them as u can see in photos. 2: they passed the same food for 2 days terrible test. 3: skiing no safety atall i witnessed 3 accidents. 4: restaurant staff so lazy u will call them they won't come as u see in the photos. 5: etc.

It was too hot .. There was no safebox at my room..

Very extensive kitchen. Nice and warm. Rooms spacious and quiet. No smell, it was so freshly. Lifts directly at the hotel. A little less was evening activities.
