My stay was comfortable. The location is quite convenient in terms of closeness to locations of interest to me and the availability of public transport. The hotel provides a good variety of choices for breakfast and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Our room was on a corner with huge windows on both walls, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. A plate of fruit and half a dozen water bottles were provided in the room. Very nice stay and I would be happy to return if I'm back in Istanbul.

Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings
There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous!
I had several mornings with no hot water.
Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled
The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days
There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high. Staff will allow use of the service lift when very busy.
Its not a bad hotel, just a 3 star. It could be better.

I found a bed bug in my bed. Which shocked me. An my Air Condition never got cold.. my room was always warm an most of the female workers at lobby were not that friendly.. the men were great!
