Room upgrade and cleanliness was good The food was not good enough, the product quality was not good enough and the beverage quality was bad. Entertainment, recreation and activity areas were insufficient. Pool water was cold.

We stayed in a lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marvida hotel which had many swimming and was extremely kid friendly along with easy access to the beach. Our only dislike for the kids is we was not aware that the kid rides were not including within the price as situated within the hotel complex, However this was made up with the customer service which went above and beyond. Nothing was too small for them to deal with and most definitely one of my best experience. A massive thank you to Yesim Asik and Mehmet. All enquiries we had also prior to travelling were dealt with fast and promptly. thank you once again. Amanda

The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources. In between Side and Manavgat centres. Quiet convinient. They are targeting jump from 5 stars to ultra lux level. Entertainment and foods are enough but not extra ordinary level. Rooms are quite large, simple and modern. There are also villas exist for entire families. Recommended as family type holiday with lots of facilities and activities for children.

The facilities are amazing when traveling with kids. Lots of different activities available to keep you and your kids entertained. However, the food and the food variety are very disappointing. If you’re not picky or don’t care about the food/drinks, this place would be a 5/5. If you do, I rate it a 3/5 because of how disappointing the food was.

Its an amazing family resort which offers varietynof entertaintment for both adults and kids. The hospitality, food and overall ambiance of this resort is incredible. Highly recommend it to all families considering Antalya holidays

Great place to stay with kids. Good service, friendly staff. Not much to do outside the hotel, although you needn’t leave. Food was good but a bit samey after a week. Plent of drinks available

It had everything for a family holiday. Some of tge staff could have been a bit more helpful. If you ask for something, they just point it to you to DIY. The reception staff, bell boys were great. We have a few issues and they resolved it. The manager also agreed we can check out late which was good.

Lovely location and good facilities but was booked at full capacity so queues in the restaurant, service quality dropped, shortage of beach towels and pool busy with queues for slides Slides could have been open all day 10-6 like other resorts

Very nice accomodation, fully green environment with friendly and helpfull staff. Wide range of delicious food. Day activities by animation staff were also very funny to participate in. Kids friendly hotel, so much to do for kids. We stayed in a villa and we were very pleased and happy with our stay! I will recommend it to everyone esspecially for families with kids

We enjoyed our stay in the resort. The staff at the reception, customer relations, bar, restaurant were all helpful and accomodating. Food was really good but lacked variety. A la carte restaurant was shut but the management kindly organised a Turkish night just for us. The only disappointment is that the beach is long walking distance from hotel.

Went with my daughter and wife had an relaxing holiday. The hotel is clean, our room was quite spacious with balcony. The food was delicious even at the beach bar.The service and staff were amazing. Hotel is wonderful, the only downside to it is the look of the hotel as compared to other 5star it’s little dull. If u are looking for stress free holiday just to relax this is the best one.

Great place for kids, many activities, pools and spaces

The hotel is a perfect choice for a family vacation. For big families there are 3 room villas here (queen bed + 3 single beds). For infants they provide a playpen which is intended to be a crib. The hotel has a perfect kids entertainment, during the day they have different small interactive shows and in the evening they have a mini disco. There is a dedicated children area in the hotel with lots of things to do. There are several children pools including 0.4m, 0.5m and one indoors for infants however the water temperature was very cold for an infant. In the main restaurant there is a special kid zone where you can warm up baby food. In the kid zone they have low tables and chairs. In the mini-bar in the room in addition to regular drinks they also have milk. The hotel situated in the very pleasant place near the lake. You have to walk to the beach ~10-12 min along the lake which is a very pleasant experience. The seawater is very clean and the beach itself is kept in perfect condition, they have lots of shades on the beach so you can safely stay there for several hours. The staff is very responsive. There was not a single thing they wouldn't arrange for us. The food was great and the beer is good. A couple of downsides. It's NOT a non-smoking property, yes they have lots of "no smoking" signs but most of the people don't care and the staff cannot do anything about it. People smoke even in front of kids which is terrible. The second downside is the quality of cocktails.

Great hotel for kids. Lots of activities. Very clean. Food is very good and the staff is very nice and helpfull. We had a problem with the rooms assinged and it was solved immidiatly and every other need was answerd fastly. The rooms are small and a bit old but for us it was ok. We had everything we needed and more. Also there is a great new aqua park right outside the hotel. Great value for money. We'll consider coming back.
