I stayed for 1 nıght ın November. The room was adequate as I only slept there. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel staff all spoke Englısh and were very polıte and helpful. Everywhere was clean. The locatıon ıs super, very near maın drag also not far from ferry boats to Prıncess Islands, whıch I hıghly recomend.

Really clean hotel and we were surprised to see how central and perfect the location is. Near Burger King in Taxim square. Amazing and very helpful staff! I have been to Istanbul before and I would say this is by far the best hotel i have stayed in. Not doubt were I will stay next time i visit the city!

Hotel exception st was rather nice, but reluctant to solve issues. Lobby smells bad - feels like something is wrong with sewerage or ventilation. Room was not clean - dusty and sheets had holes. And judging by water paths on the walls - it probably has fungus. When I asked receptionist about shoe cleaning machine - if it works - they were unable to make it work by connecting into socket. I am disappointed with this place. We moved to another hotel right after our reservation finished. I would suggest to hotel owners to pay more attention to the cleanliness of their property as well as motivation of their employees to pay attention to costumer's concerns.

The location was so convenient to the tube station and the breakfast is also enough to start a day. I was disappointed to see the room because the door to bathroom was broken and could not be closed (they fixed soon) and water from toilet was leaking (they did not fix).
