I would never stay at this hotel. Very dishonest staff. On June 10 2023, I paid 1500 turkish lira for next day airport shuttle. I purchased it because staff said finding taxi at 4am in the morning may be difficult. Staff also said regular taxi ride would cost at least 600-700 turkish lira. Next day airport shuttle was 30 mins late; staff called a taxi around the corner instead (which arrived in 2 mins). Hotel staff did not want to reimburse me for the difference and wanted to pay for the taxi. So I simply paid 1500 lira for a taxi ride, which actually costed 400 lira (not 700). Very dishonest, very unprofessional. They simply stole my money.
