Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Konya

First of all it is not the standard wyndham quality that you would expect. - Our room was not ready the way we booked. Later on they fixed it quickly. Especially Mr. Cumali helped us a lot, special thanks to him and his great work. - There was a electricity plug uncovered at the bathroom which may cause risk for those having shower, therefore I had to skip having shower unfortunately. - Trash bin was not clear once we entered the room, it was still having 1-2 pieces of trash from previous guest. Also a package of sweetener was left used, emptied on the table. - Curtains have a lot of dust, obvious sign of not being washed for many months. - We could not find a breakfast table which was cleaned up. All of them were left dirty and when we asked, the personnel there told us to sit anywhere they put the cutlery. It was full of bread pieces the one that we were sat. I reported all these issues to the reception on the phone and while check out. Also stated that I would write these all as my feedback online. Hope they would improve their quality as the wyndham hotels have a very good reputation in general and this one really doesn't fit there.

Decent place to stay with all the services required in a 5 star hotel and staff is very nice as well

The carpet inside the room was dirty. The front desk staff were not able to communicate in English. The shower and Toilet were broken.

The room is not clean, house keeping and maintenance staff not responsive. No amenities in the room, and I asked house keeping to bring me, they never responded till checkout. The price is hight comparing with the service the hotel provides. Not recommended

Nice hotel but a little far from main city center

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the staff members were courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our king-sized bed actually consisted of 2 double beds pushed together; the bulb in one bedside lamp was burned out; and we had difficulty getting the thermostat to cool the room, so we slept with the window open.

My request for a non smokers room was ignored, my additional payment for dinner was ignored and I had to pay to eat in restaurant that I did not request. Basically charged twice….

The hotel is one of the five star hotels in Corona, but it is too far from the center and also it is located in the industrial area. All corridors were dark and no light with wear on the lobby nice and smell so well broken window and broken mirrors were seen in the room. All in all, they didn't pay enough attention to building it.

Güzel bir otel

Sigara içilmeyen oda aldık çok güzel di fakat daha önce kalan bazı misafirler sigara içmiş Sigara içmeyenler hemen kokuyu alıyor. Ama otelin yapa bileceği pek bişey yok.

As a repeat customer, my stay at Wyndham is always awesome, and at Ramada in Konya is nothing but exceptional. A friendly staff, and despite little instances of a language barrier, tried their best to assist. Ms Buse especially greeted me and other customers, as I observed, always with a smile, and portray a disposition of courtesy. I'm pleased.

I am giving a lower scor on service only becaus i have stayed 1 night before my stay here in Isparta Ramada and I am comparing with it. We arrived and checked in and we had to fill and sign thee form which is unusual to me who traveled arround the world and did not have to do this before...then we entered our room..it was like oven from the heat...why they would not prepare the room for our rival? Then unlike Ramada Isparta..they had this small bottles of soups/shampoo and body lotion..only one ..and we are 2 persons in the room.. I looked for iron.and there was non..while in Ramada ISPARTA there was..we went for swimming and the water was soooo cold.. I was kinda disappointed of all this..especially that this is 5 star hotel while isparta Ramada was 4. When we went for breakfast next day a lady apprached us ..i belive her nam is Bosa..and asked us about our hotel experiance..i yold her my disappointment..and when we got back to our room..there was an iron and extra shampoos..thank you Bosa
