ROBINSON SARIGERME PARK - All inclusive

An overall good hotel with attention to detail. Food was good, large private beach and amazing staff, specially lady at the shop! Only issues are that it should mention when booking that this is a resort for German speaking guests… plus no kettle in rooms and no smart tv… german speaking channels! As english speaking guests we felt left out sometimes, specially during events. Plus 180 euros for a doctor’s visit is unacceptable! But value for money for sure for food and beach. Professional team! Nice work!

The room temperature cannot be lowered to desired digit; there were ants in the bed. Apart from those inconveniences my stay was very pleasant. One additional feedback I would like to offer is that the bases of the cups in which forks and knives rest on the tables in the dining room are dirty (dirt have accumulated over time at the base of the cups).

Excellent facilities and activities. Food varied and great quality. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were amazing. We were there for our anniversary and they were very excited to help with flowers, cake, champaign and a romantic dinner table on the terrace. Our air conditioner did not work and it was very hot. I informed the staff and they said they would fix it but did not arrive until 10 pm when we were already in asleep in bed. Otherwise it is a great hotel. I am a competitive swimmer and the hotel has a nice 33 meter lap pool which allowed me to train at 6 am which was awesome.

ones i came in everything was great, fast check in, smiling personal , room is clean, good view, I paid for my stay as it was in my booking for four nights stay. next day i got a letter from receptionist that i need pay another 360€ for the child. Before i booked my stay online , i found the info on site that children stay free, so i was very surprised, specially they did not notificate me right away before the check in when i gave them our passports, they seen me with a child... I paid it, because didn't have time and mood fight and move out with the kid. but fact is, its not right management. Possible that they decided charge me more because im American, its german hotel 98% of clients are from germany . So think before you go there. service and animation is excellent if you dont mind find surprise like this after check in.

Watersport base is excellent, particular for sailing. Staff is very kompetent and extremely nice and helpful! Suites are very small and only some of service personell speak English. However, the service overall is excellent. A 10 out of 10! Also excellent is the food and the offered variety!

staff is friendly, All inclusive is exactly as stated. We where offered a lot of good food. On arrival in our room there was water and drinks. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation. I most definitely recommend this spot

The hotel seems very old fashioned but in fairness the pool area and the beach restaurants are fantastic. Food was ok but nothing special.

Excellent food, good entertainment every night. But you need to understand German as most hotel staff and 90% of guests are German. Shows in German language too, but still very nice musicals and dance performances. Most nights disco till 12 midnight. Spa is superb too.

Every things was fine except week WiFi in the rooms

One of the best in all aspects hotels in Turkey I've ever stayed. Very well maintenanted. Perfect grounds, well kept palm tree garden with manicured emerald lawns and plenty of cosy coaches for perfect relaxation. Excellent wide sandy beach. Not crowded at all, you may always find free sunbeds. Very clean and safe. Big pool (more than 30m long) located deep inside the territory. Very nice rather big indoor pool in the spa area (ideal for colder season) with sea view and open terrace with sunbeds. Spacious rooms with stunning sea view from upper floors. Very clean. Comfy beds. Good aircon. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the rooms, and, for my surprise, there is no hair shampoo (shower gel only). Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms is not good, but all public areas, park, beach, even far corners of the hotel territory have excellent coverage and good high speed internet connection any time. Food was excellent in all aspects, very delicious and diverse. Very friendly, professional and motivated staff. Stefan is excellent GM and did great job. The field of improvement could be intoduction more English (more English speaking staff, info materials not only in German but in English too). To sum up: I liked a week at Robinson very much and will be happy to come back one more time and recommend this place without any reservations

Ingesamt war das Hotel sehr alt, runtergekommen und dreckig insbesondere Toiletten, Besteck und Geschirr, Tische, Gläser mit Restabdrücken vom Benutzer zuvor. Der Strand war das Beste am Hotel, leider mit zum Teil kaputten Liegen und keine Chance in der Nähe ein kaltes Getränk zu bekommen… keine Bar direkt in der Mitte des Strandes. Personal an der Beach Bar sehr unfreundlich gewesen und nicht hilfsbereit. Das Hotel gesamt sehr alt und dunklen Gängen. Essensauswahl für diese Sterne zu wenig. Ausschließlich Deutsche im Hotel und deutsch sprachig. Kein Service zu den Mahlzeiten am Tisch - alles Self Service. Türkisches Essen ganz wenig und nicht vom Fachmann - Fleisch hart und verbrannt. Fisch war gut - besonders der Lachs am Gala Abend. Türkischer Abend war schön hergerichtet mit Deko, Beleuchtung und türkischer Küche - Auswahl für so einen Abend war OK. Mittags-Buffet an der Pool Bar am besten das Börek mit Käse und Eier. Keine sportlichen Aktivitäten Angebot für Schwangere … Kurse Yoga direkt ausgebucht. A la carte nur am Strand möglich gegen Aufpreis 40€ / Person … Hauptrestaurant Terrasse Benutzung nicht möglich nur in Verbindung mit Wine Testing und Aufpreis - schade! Deutsche werden natürlich bevorzugt - andere müssen schauen wie sie sich zurecht finden… Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und bezahlt - Zimmer mit Landblick erhalten. Kaffeemaschine an den Bars öfters außer Betrieb wegen fehlender Elektrik - Wartezeit für Kaffee 35 Minuten … Flaschenbiere gegen Aufpreis.

Annem ve kızkardeşimle inanılmaz keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Odamız tertemizdi, yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Her akşam farklı konseptte eğlenceler düzenleniyor. Sıkılmak imkansız. Her detayla birebir ilgilenen otel müdürüne özellikle teşekkür ederiz.

Otel konsepti tamamen Alman vatandaşlarına yönelik. Aşırı sıkıcı. Bütün gösteriler karşılamalar hatta akşam yemeğine restoranta girişlerde bile almanca iyi akşamlar hoş geldiniz deniliyor. İnsan kendini sığınmacı gibi hissediyor. Etkinlikler bile panolara Almanca yazılıyor İngilizce bile yok ek olarak bırakın Türkçeyi. Daha önemli sorunlardan biri de otelde korkunç bir böcek, haşere nüfusu var. Kaplumbağa yavrusu kadar böcek gördüm club barında pistinde şok oldum. Zaten böceklerden kimse dans da edemiyor herkes uzaklaşıyordu. Otel Alman oteli bence ben beğenmedim. Her yer böcek kaynıyor. Bir daha konaklamam. Bi kapıda karşılamadıki Ali Bey var o adam içten, sıcak hoştu yardımcı oluyordu. Personelden yana şikayetim yok otel konsepti berbat. Her şey Almanca. İçimiz dışımıza çıktı Almanca duymaktan.
