Bathroom not clean ..noises from fuset

The rooms smell like cigarettes and old musk. The bathroom was dirty. The area is beautiful however wouldn’t want to stay at this hotel again

Great location , friendly staff .

No complain what so ever. Staff were excellent, breakfast was great, room were cleaned, open market just few meters from hotel. If you fancy public transport you will get one at hotel entrance. I will recommend to everyone. Keep it up

The hotel was centrally located and the staff accommodating to their ability and grasp of the English language. We don’t know Turkish, so communication was not as easy as it could have been. The hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so that was off-putting. Hallways were dim. Room was spacious and big window provided good ventilation. Hotel was located on a noisy street across from a Kebap restaurant, so smell drifted in; air conditioner was broken, room was comfortable, but needed updating and cleaning. I wouldn’t stay there again even though I enjoyed the layout of the room with most of a wall dividing the bed area from the window so there was good privacy. Breakfast was good the first day, though cold. Second day not much food; no attention to need for replenishment nor clearing tables. Maybe they were short staffed? Redeeming quality was walk ability as hotel was close to everything we wanted or needed.

An excellent stay

This hotel is very run down and out of date - breakfast food was at least 3 days old and stale- not clean either. The people of Konya are very 1800 Muslim and shun tourists - very unfriendly town and terrible service at hotel to match - see the sights in one day as worth it but leave ASAP to more hospitable places

Hospitality was amazing. One requires good directions and friendly guidance. We got all.

Was expecting better customer service. Had to take my luggage up to the room myself and was not assisted in where the room was

Excellent location, Mevlanas museum was literally a couple of minutes away. Ahmet at the hotel was brilliant, really helpful for English speaking tourists.

Hotel it self was okay for the price. We made a mistake and let them arrange covid test for us. They tried to trap us and told us that our covid results were positive. But later we performed two more tests from two different locations and they both came nagative. It seems that hotel wanted to show positive covid test results, so we stay there in quarantine and they make money from us. Because of their fake covid results, we lost lot of money by changing our flights and stayed in other hotels extra nights. I had to take extra time off from work. Owner did not seemed to care that we were loosing time and money because of their fake corona test results.
