Very close to the centre, a short walk (uphill) to the bazaar, shopping and the historic district

There is a security problem with this hotel! STAY AWAY!! We arrived at night and went to our room locked it. A bit after we went to bed we heard someone open the door and enter our room! we were both shocked and ran to the door and force closed it!! someone was yelling that this is my room. When I went to the reception the attender with a laughing face said that some one who was staying in the room the night before had forgotten to hand-in their key and returned to the room with out talking to the reception!! Funnily, even though we had locked the door with a lock, it was still possible to unlock it from outside with a normal card! I asked for a new room, the second one was smelling smoke! They gave us yet another room, and after 20 mins another person entered our room. This was the moment I got very angry and went to the reception. Somehow the original receptionist had disappeared and the new guy said he was sorry for what happened but he could not do much!! We left immediately! Funny is that I called hotels.com and asked them to handle the case. They tried to contact the staff at the hotel, but the receptionist did not speak a word of English. Now after 5 days, I received an email from hotels.com that they are unable to communicate with the hotel, and so they cannot refund my booking fee!! Hotels.com has asked me to contact the hotel and ask them to confirm cancellation!!!

Hotel better than expected or shown in pictures. Breakfast is great. service is very friendly. Staff were very helpful both day and night shift, especially ANA and another night shift lady whom i did not get her name. thanks to all!

Id like the bed it's comfortable but the staff isn't friendly. They are angry and unfriendly. And i cant control of the air conditioning

Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Location was realitively central and good and overall clean and good hotel. Th breakfast was not great but aside from that a good stay

The room was too small and the bathroom not clean. We asked for a napkin they don’t have from mothers

We stayed her almost three times before, this was the worst, they give us aback front room with a view of a/c machine and a tiny room with two bed and extra bed which made the room smaller and we can't move around!!! Then we have to open tge window sice tge a/c in winter mode so we have listened to the noise of the machine all night long me and my kids!!! The bathroom was not clean well and there alot of ant!!! They even don't want to keep the baby stroller in the lobby since really there is no room ! It will be the last time to stay in this hotel .

Its nice and i booked three nights but stay only two nights as my business finish fast

My stay was good. However, the wifi internet was bad in the room (514). I didn't find the hotel as expected, particularly when I read others rating.

Very nice hotel and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Actually I did recommend it to my brother and he stayed in this hotel and liked it as well!

It was a nice stay. The staff was friendly. The deluxe room was spacious although the carpets had previous stains and thr quilt was not very comfortable. The view was decent. The breakfast could have been more diverse but the restaurant food was really nice.

We stayed here for two days on our way back to Istanbul and found the staff to be charming and helpful. The room was very clean and quite large, the breakfast excellent. It is a business hotel and has on site parking. It is convenient to walk to the old city and the bazaar. It was also very easy to get onto the road to Istanbul without having to fight too much city traffic.

Al ver el Hotel por dentro es muy difícil imaginar las 4 estrellas que tiene. El personal muy amable. Está en un sector muy concurrido pero no se ve muy bien.

Oda temiz, sessizdi. Çalışanlar nazik, yardımcılar. Yakınlarda avm var herhangi bir ihtiyaç için, gayet yeterli bir otel.
