Very dirty rooms, balkon I have to clean it by myself, 2 Towels, 2 waters for 3 people. Only good thing was food

For what we paid the hotel was fine. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a really great selection of food which we enjoyed. The location is good for walking across the nakheel mall. However there were a few things in the room that bothered us. The light switches were very annoying, they had an image on them for which switch did what but this has faded and is impossible to see when it’s dark and you need a light on. There’s also a delay between pressing the button and anything happening so you’re not sure if it’s worked or not. The fridge door in our room didn’t shut properly which was frustrating as it meant we couldn’t keep anything properly cool. The shower wasn’t great, doesn’t have much power and wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature, kept going freezing cold or scolding hot. It’s also quite difficult to get into as it’s a bath within a shower screen and there’s not anything to hold onto whilst climbing into the bath except the flimsy glass door. I don’t know if we were there a busy week but the outside pool very quickly ran out of sunbeds and we were sent down to the beach.

Great hotel in a great location. The hotel smeakt amazing, it was clean and the room we stayed in was more than adequate with a bedroom, kitchen area and two bathrooms. The pool area was open until 10pm which was great.

A very friendly hotel with effect staff go over and beyond for you. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast and evening meal were always very good and plenty of variety. Would recommend this hotel to others.

From start to finish, our first trip to Dubai (and to the Dukes at The Palm) was absolutely top tier and it will certainly not be our last. We arrived to the hotel around midnight to check in and the entrance hall was something to see....beautiful. Mary was welcoming, efficient and before we knew it we were checked in and on our way up to our room. The room was clean, spacious and the only comment i would of had that we could have done with a few more hangers in the wardrobe (but thats the only issue we had the whole time there) The gym facilities were good, the indoor pool was nice and quiet, and the outdoor pool and beach area were brilliant. Again, only comment would be that there was a lot of towels sitting on loungers that were not in use for well over an hour while people were looking for sun loungers. The food and drink from ULA at the pool area was great, breakfast service at GBR had a goo selection, and the food in the Khyber restaurant was top tier!!! Room cleaners always had our room immaculate, and even tidied and organised my partners make-up and brushes when cleaning the room.........she was over the moon! Service from everyone in the hotel was 2nd to none, and Riza assisted us with a late checkout when leaving as our flight wasn't until 0130 the next morning.....it was slightly expensive to keep the room on the extra 7/8 hours, although we would have been struggling if we hadn't. All in all, couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

The beautifully maintained gardens & walkway to the beach. Absolutely, stunning beach views. Worth every step I took in the hot heat 40 degrees

My family and I had an amazing time at Dukes The Palm on our second stay. All staff has been very friendly and keen to help out, especially Derrick&Linn, excellent service. I highly recommend.

We are very pleased and happy with this hotel. The free breakfast has so many selections of food, rooms were very clean, location of the place is convenient to everything and most of all, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I will give it 10 out of ten.

Beautiful property and view. Staff was exceptional going above and beyond.

First time at the property and stayed for 3 nights. From the staff to the hotel it’s self absolutely brilliant. I went for my birthday and told the hotel, as a free surprise in our was balloons and a cake. Such a lovely touch and really appreciated. The pool area is perfect and music playing. The infinity pool is lovely and good for pics. We ate at ula which we would rate and a must. Will defo be staying again? Thank you

Staff were lovely and Dukes also decorated the room for my husband's birthday which was amazing and made our stay more special.Dukes is on the beach with a great view of Dubai city and is also close to Naheel Mall, Monorail and Aura Sky pool. We will definitely come back to Dukes. Beach was great too

Had a short break at the Duke, all was exceptional. Staff customer service was excellent, good central location.

Absolutely fantastic, we were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing the lady who served us was tremendous and couldn't help us enough. Treated like royalty all the staff were amazing and helped us whenever we entered the hotel with luggage or bags, would highly recommend this hotel first class service and definitely five star. We will be back
