A Great Stay with Even Greater People!
This was a truly wonderful hotel experience. While it was a bit busy at times, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. I have to give a huge shoutout to the entire team — they’ve set a new standard that honestly makes you reflect on how service should be back home.
Special love to the Naija valets — those guys are beyond amazing. So friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to help out. Their kindness and energy were unmatched. God bless their hearts — they really made my stay unforgettable!

The five-palm is the epitome of luxury! I enjoyed the quick check-in process and also the attention to detail in the room. My only feedback is the breakfast service. I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once but I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself. Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable

I didn’t like the hotel quality and safety of the residence. After i left the hotel i found that my watch and van cleef bracely was stolen from my room. There is no safety in that hotel at all, and i will press charges if they can’t find my watch. staffs can access your room whenever you’re not there claiming there was a fire alarm in the room which is a lie.
My girlfriend also discovered that her stuffs were been searched and arranged back after we left the room. I will never go back to that hotel!
