Staff was amazing. The location was great. About a 10 minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Usha, the concierge, was extremely helpful with setting up some excursions. Fountainview room. Can't say enough about it!

Received a free upgrade and an early check in (much appreciated after a long flight from New Zealand). Lovely spacious room with spectacular view of Burj Khalifa & the fountain. Room had cooking facilities, a large fridge, washing machine & dishwasher. At just over £100 per night through Expedia, it was great value. Staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

El personal es muy atento. Si tienes algún inconveniente, lo resuelven rápidamente. Hay detalles en el baño que necesitan atención, como las lozas en la bañera que se están despegando y se ve moho en las esquinas. Por lo demás, el lugar es excelente y lo mejor de todo son las hermosas vistas hacia Las fuentes danzantes y el Burj khalifa.

Location is great for the mall, Burj Kailifa, Metro and the pool was a great addition (never too busy).
The hotel however, is pretty tired and the rooms not completely clean (hairs over the floors etc.).
We went bed and breakfast, stayed 9 nights expecting to be able to cook for ourselves at times but the kitchen was woefully inadequate - only 2 mugs, tiny cereal bowls, 3 pieces each of cutlery, no chopping board, no colander, no oven gloves (had to use a bathroom towel!), no toaster, or washing up items of any kind unless you paid, no mixing bowls, scissors or grater - not on given we paid extra for a room with this facility. In addition, they did not provide a bed for my young son, he had to sleep on the sofa the whole trip and there were no bed sheets, just a woolly musty blanket.
I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s fine for a place to crash, a one night stop on business, but not suitable for a family vacation where you may want to cook for the kids or make lunch for a day trip out.

Amazing location. We were able to walk to restaurants, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. The view was spectacular and we were able to see and hear the fountain show in the evening. Wonderful service!

Staff was very friendly. Property very clean. Just didn't understand having a kitchen with no cleaning supplies. Tub with no shower curtains/door. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

We booked this hotel because of the views of the dubai fountain, which were indeed nice but not really worth it because there are plenty of other vantage points to view the show.
Our room was huge and had the promised view. A little dated, with some issues with the phones not working right for example. Decent value for the price.

Night next to Burj Khalifa, had a the best view of everything. Hotel staff were very helpful. Check-In was smooth and room ready before 3pm. Breakfast option is definitely worth it, the food was incredible.

Rubbish.. Three times the fire alarm went off in night. No warm shower in thr morning. Never going to stay again. Dont waste your money. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Paid extra for 1 bed appt with full Burj and fountains view. That makes it an extra special experience opening curtains in morning to such an awesome view. Or watching fountains from high vantage point in evening from your bed/ lounge area. You can just make out the music.
A 10 - 15 minute stroll to the Dubai mall alongside the fountains lake and parkland. From Dubai mall you can then use metro to travel throughout the city. Or just grab a taxi if time is limited, you can get around quicker in general.
