Couldn't check into hotel. No bags. Have to wait to see what happened. Travelld till from Brooklyn NY. Still at airport

The property was extremely unclean - specifically the bathrooms and the broken toilet seats. The hallways and the rooms smelt of smoke and sewage - it was very hard to enjoy the stay with unpleasant smells.

The hotel is good in general but they don’t offer balcony as mentioned in reservation details

The stay was not that good, had opted for non smoking, but room was stinking with cigarette smell and bath shower was not working properly...

The furniture is very old, the breakfast was very poor with no varieties but the location of the hotel was perfect and nearby everything.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in terms of cleanliness. I had to check out after 1 day, and go book a “real” hotel to stay in. And the price was about the same. I was offered I refund or discount. I in face may not book through orbitz again because of this. I wasted $600

I was given free upgrade of room. The hotel location is awesome and convenient

The pics on the internet are totally different than the real situations. The hotel is very old. The furniture is traditional.

Since morning 9 am I had to at least remind 20 times to clean up the room. They did it at 6 pm. Each time when i asked them to do it, they said there are staff meetings on Tuesdays. I wonder if the guest is for the staff or the staff is for the guest. Rooms are dimly lit. If you are working on your laptop or want to do some reading you will for sure strain your eyes

Bad ... very bad ... it is terrible and staff are not nice ... room is bad and old

At least good for value for price. There is convenient shopping center with fast food and playground just in front of hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights .the bed in room was old and uncomfortable like hard rock also would make sounds if we moved and was not attrached to the base . They only provided 2 small water bottles and teabags for first day complimentary slippers were provided that too when asked for first day only Hand towels were not replaced after 1 day. Even if house keeping did come we were not given hand towel in washroom had to use the bath towels. The worst part parking is a big problem around this area but that was taken care until the last night when we came back around 11 30 pm and as usual called security to give the keys for parking we were told the driver is off today and i dnt have license so you can park your car nearby around the mall as no parking in basement or hotel parking . It was late night we managed to find parking After doing rounds distance away . The strange part when we were coming walking towards hotel found out the same secuirty guard shiv parking omani car in the parking. We asked him how come you are parking this car when you said you dnt have license ?? He replied rudly in case of emergency i can . we went in and complained to manager but he replied the same we dnt have driver .we could have made police complain since the security didnt have license to drive atleast that is what we were told. How come we were denied and later he was parking omani car. Racism.

Since the journey was for business purpose and I found hotel to be comfortable in regard to stay, food and easily approachable to some of the major business areas, would like to stay next time as well.
