We love staying here, so close to the beach, the shops and town, it has been our fourth stay, one of our stays was not very positive, I had to get housekeeping to clean the bathroom, unfortunately, I had to clean it too when we got back, still had long black hairs in the bath, all over the floor, the sink. I love this place for an away weekend but please pay more care to cleanliness

The property was well situated near the beach. On the minus side, the swimming pool wasn’t available, the coffee machine in the restaurant was out of service. The superior double with coastal view had only one window that would open, there was no air conditioning or even a fan or refrigerator. The shower was not working either. This was definitely not to 4 star standard as advertised. Disappointed.

The hotel is right on the prom and beach.We had a superior room, which had a lovely view. Staff were generally lovely. My only real issues were that only one window opened in the room and that the room smelt bad. Not sure what of but maybe damp carpet. I was told there were no other superior rooms left to change rooms. Unfortunately did not get a chance to use Spa etc.I would like to return and hope for a better smelling room.
