Tir-y-Coed sets the standard for a high quality B&B. A beautifully maintained property with comfortable rooms and excellent freshly cooked breakfasts.
Host Sandra goes out of her way to make your stay special, and the grounds are great if you like relaxing in the sun or spotting the many birds that come to the feeders.

Beautifully presented B&B with kind and friendly staff. There is not a thing I would fault with our stay. The bed & room were extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious and it seems that all aspects to ensure you had a great time was ensured.
They also had some great local recommendations for dining & activites within the Conwy /Snowdonia area.

Hosts are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were excellent and good size portions. Very clean but the shower unit could do with an update and also somewhere to hang the large bath towels after use would be good. The gardens are magnificent. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Set in lovely gardens with a "sun trap" terrace to sit an enjoy the view. Lovely room, great hosts and an excellent breakfast. Not far from Conwy, the coast or Snowdonia National Park it's set in great location. We would definitely visit again.

We received a warm welcome from Sandra, the proprietor when we arrived.
Our room was beautifully decorated and the view over the gardens and surrounding countryside were lovely.
Breakfast was served in the dining room. As a vegetarian and a coeliac vegan we were well catered for with smoothies, fresh fruit, soua yoghurt and a cooked breakfast.
