Lintas Shuttle Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

1. Children age 2 years and above must buy full price tickets.
2. Price already includes fuel, toll, parking fees, and taxes.
3. Passengers traveling from the airport are advised to choose a shuttle schedule that departs at least 1 hour after their flights’ arrival. This is to make sure passengers have enough time to board the shuttle after completing the disembarkation processes (e.g. going through immigration, baggage claim, customs).
4. The estimated trip duration from Bandung to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is 7 hours. Passengers are advised to choose a shuttle schedule that allows them enough time to arrive at the airport on time.
5. The booking code written in the voucher issued by Traveloka is a valid proof for passengers to board the Lintas Shuttle. The voucher also serves as a valid proof for passenger claims in the case of errors by Lintas Shuttle.
6. Lintas Shuttle will provide services according to the details written in the voucher issued by Traveloka.
7. Passengers must check in at the Lintas Shuttle's counter at the departure point, max. 15 minutes before departure time.
8. Passengers must bring their Traveloka vouchers to check in.
9. Passengers traveling to the airport must board the shuttle at the boarding location and time as written in the voucher.
10. If the passenger fails to arrive at the specified boarding point on time, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
11. Passengers travelling from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport can board the shuttle from all terminals (Terminal 1A, 2F, and 3).
12. If your flight is delayed, please contact Lintas Call Center at 081130500800 to reschedule.
13. Seats will be assigned directly when boarding the Lintas shuttle.
14. If a passenger has successfully booked a seat, proven by the voucher issued by Traveloka, but is unable to get a seat on the day of the trip, Lintas will provide a replacement transportation without any extra charge.
15. Passengers may change their drop-off location during the trip, as long as it is within the specified Lintas drop-off locations.

Restrictions

1. Passengers are not allowed to smoke inside the vehicle.
2. Passengers are not allowed to carry substances with strong odor and/or dangerous items (e.g. sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs).
3. Passengers are not allowed to drive the Lintas Shuttle's vehicle.
4. Passengers are not allowed to use the Lintas Shuttle’s services for criminal or illegal activities.
5. Passengers are fully responsible for the consequences resulting from the violations of Lintas’s Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
