These terms and conditions govern the “Lucky Draw - Scoot travel voucher worth SGD250 during 10.10 Sale” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Contest will run from 1 October 2025, 12.00am to 10 October 2025. 11.59pm (GMT+8) (the “10.10 Sale Period”). Any flight bookings that are not within the 10.10 Sale Period will be deemed invalid for the purposes of the Contest

Only individuals who reside in Malaysia, are above 18 years old and possess a valid passport, are eligible to participate in the Contest (“Participants”)

Employees of Traveloka, partner agency, consultants and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

There will be two (2) winners (each a “Winner”), selected by Traveloka based on the lucky draw during the 10.10 Sale Period. Participation in the Contest is automatic upon booking of a flight operated by Scoot Airlines on the Traveloka mobile application (the “Traveloka App”). 

Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add any of these Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any time (without any prior notice to the Participants). 

Refunded bookings will render the user ineligible for the Contest.

Each Winner will receive the following Prize:

Any other out-of-pocket expenses will be borne solely by the respective Winners.

The Prizes are only valid on Scoot operated flights and the Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No form of mileage can be earned.

The Prizes are non-combinable with other available promotions.

Announcement of the Winners will be made on the official Traveloka Instagram Story. Thereafter, the Winners shall be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis by Traveloka’s Social Media team via email at the email address of the Winner that is registered on the Traveloka App.

Should there be a failure in verifying the selected Winners, including but not limited to the Winner not responding within seven (7) days of notification, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion, to select new winner(s) as it deems fit.

The Prizes are not transferable to any third party, and the Winners shall be the only individuals that is entitled to redeem or utilise the respective Prizes.

The Prizes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Winners in any other form or manner other than that specified by Traveloka. 

Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of Winners, play of the Contest and/ or any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute and binding on the respective Winners. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.

By participating in this Contest, each Participant agrees to fully indemnify and release Traveloka from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims (including third-party claims) and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or the participation of the Contest including, without limitation, injury, death, and property damage.

Each and every Participant (including the Winners) unconditionally agrees to assume and bear full responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accident (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from his/her participation in this Contest, redemption and/or use of the prize (whichever the case may be). 

Participants hereby unconditionally agree that Traveloka is entitled to use any of the materials received during the Contest (including Participant's name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, etc.) for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communications without the need for further consideration to be paid to the said Participant(s).

Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at its discretion and/ or due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified Participantswho are deemed to have violated the Contest terms and conditions or have misused any Prize, from using future Traveloka vouchers, coupons and/or rewards.

Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. The decision for a Participant’s disqualification made by Traveloka shall be final and the Participant concerned shall have no recourse, remedy and/or relief against Traveloka whatsoever.

Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine or compromise any Traveloka account or Traveloka App or the performance of this Contest may be a violation of local laws. Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to seek damages and/or any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by local laws.

Misuse of a Prize is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the Prize was in error, fraudulent or exploited for commercial gain contrary to any applicable terms of use.

The posting, distribution or sale of Traveloka awarded prize on any third party sites is strictly prohibited and shall be considered as a violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

Redemption of the Prizes is subject to availability and Scoot Airlines’ applicable terms and conditions and policies.

All personal data collected from each Participant for the purposes of this Contest will be processed in accordance with Traveloka Privacy Notice which is available for viewing at https://www.traveloka.com/ms-my/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). By participating in the Contest, the Participant consents to Traveloka processing his/her personal data, contacting the participant, and managing his/her personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Contest. 

No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of Traveloka, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of these terms and conditions to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Save for a Participant to this Contest, no other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this Contest pursuant to Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
