1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern this Flyer Deals Program (the “Promotion”).
2. This Promotion is offered by the Traveloka entity within the Traveloka Group that entered into a contract with the party (“You” or the “User(s)”) at the time of booking a flight product, whereby You will be eligible to receive specific discounts on selected accommodations and coupon bundles upon successfully booking a flight product via Traveloka’s desktop website, mobile website, or official mobile application (collectively, the “Site”).
3. This Promotion is available to all Users who successfully book any flight product on the Site. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a successful booking occurs once a transaction is completed on the Site and a booking confirmation has been issued by Traveloka.
4. Subject to sections A and B of these Terms and Conditions, You are eligible to receive the following Promotion benefits upon successful booking of a flight product on the Site:
a. Exclusive Accommodation Discounts: Access to special discounted rates on selected accommodation products (the “Discount”); and
b. Multi-Product Coupon Bundles: A collection of multiple coupons (the “Coupon(s)”) redeemable for various travel products available on the Site.
A. The Discount
5. The Discount is exclusively available to Users with an active flight booking. If Your flight booking is cancelled or refunded, You will no longer be eligible for the Discount.
6. The Discount is only valid for selected accommodation products in Your flight arrival city marked by the “Flyer Deal” tag. While the Discount generally applies to any stay date, it is subject to the individual accommodation’s blackout date policy. If Your selected booking dates fall within a blackout period, the Discount will not be applicable.
7. The Discount may be redeemed within fifteen (15) days of Your flight booking confirmation date. If the Discount is not redeemed within this initial period, the Discount shall remain unavailable until the secondary eligibility period, which commences fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled departure date and expires fifteen (15) days after the scheduled flight departure.
8. Your participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the availability of any specific accommodation. All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of transaction. If the promotional room inventory is sold out for Your selected dates, the Discount shall not apply and prevailing standard room rates will apply.
9. The Discount rate varies by each accommodation product, up to a maximum of 25%. This reduction is applied only to the base room rate per night and excludes additional fees or charges.
10. Service charges and prevailing government taxes remain applicable and will be levied on the original price before the Discount has been applied.
11. In the event of flight cancellations or schedule changes initiated by the airline for any reason (including, but not limited to, Force Majeure), You may be eligible for a free reschedule or full refund on the affected accommodation product bookings. Coverage is limited to the actual duration of the disruption, up to a maximum of seven (7) consecutive nights. 12. Any refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid by You after the Discount is applied, not the original price.
B. The Coupons
13. The Coupons are only valid for accommodations, travel activities, airport transfers, and car rentals products and services on the Site.
14. The use of these Coupons is limited per User per flight booking.
15. You may only claim the Coupons under this Promotion a maximum of two (2) times per calendar year.
16. The Coupons issued under this Promotion are valid from the time of issuance until the scheduled departure date of the flight booking that triggered this Promotion. Expired Coupons cannot be extended or reactivated.
17. The redemption of each Coupon is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which can be viewed on the Coupon itself.
18. The Coupon for accommodation products is eligible for use alongside the Discount. Users are entitled to apply these Coupons to the discounted base rate to achieve maximum applicable savings.
C. General Terms and Conditions
19. By participating in this Promotion, You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in conjunction with Traveloka’s general Terms and Conditions of Use available at https://www.traveloka.com/en-sg/termsandconditions ("Terms and Conditions of Use”). In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the latter shall prevail.
20. This Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/product/credit-in-kind.
21. Traveloka reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel any bookings where it appears that a User has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under circumstances where it appears the bookings contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
22. Traveloka reserves the right to revoke this Promotion from any User who breaches these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Traveloka reserves the right to claw back any Promotion benefits, and may take further necessary measures, including blacklisting the User from future Traveloka promotions. Traveloka’s decision in relation to this shall be final, and the User concerned shall have no recourse, remedy, or relief against Traveloka.
23. Traveloka reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to You.
24. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the Traveloka entity You contracted with at the time of booking a flight product. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of that jurisdiction.
