Terms & Conditions - “Round-trip flight to Korea with Malaysia Airlines via Traveloka” - General Admission
2.
This Contest is open to all individuals EXCEPT employees of Traveloka, partner agencies, consultants and their immediate family members.
3.
Only one (1) winner will be randomly selected from the list of users who scanned the QR code on our flyer during our offline booth period from 12 to15 June 2025. Participation in this contest is voluntary.
4.
By joining this contest, each participant confirms and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participants shall be treated as having read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5.
Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any time (without any prior notice to the participants). All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online.
6.
This Contest runs during the Traveloka Offline Booth Event at LG Oval Concourse, 1 Utama Shopping Centre from 12 June 2025, 10:00 A.M. to 15 June 2025, 11:59 P.M. only and any submission done after the deadline will be considered as invalid submission.
7.
Participants must be an individual who resides in Malaysia and above 18 years old and must possess a valid passport.

The winner will win the following prize according to the specific giveaway held during the Traveloka Offline Booth:

ONE (1) winner will win ONE (1) round trip ticket from Kuala Lumpur to South Korea by Malaysia Airlines. The winner is liable for all taxes and/or security charges applicable to the ticket. Booking period for the flight: Now to 12 Dec 2025. Travel period: Anytime

Any other out-of-pocket expenses will be borne solely by the winner.
11.
The prize given is non combinable with other available promotions.
12.
Winner’s announcement will be made on the official Traveloka’s Instagram on 20 June 2025. Thereafter, the winner shall be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis via Traveloka’s Social Media team’s email.
13.
Should there be a failure in verifying the selected winner, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion to select new winner(s) as it deems fit.
14.
The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable or non-redeemable by the winner in any other form or manner other than that specified by Traveloka.
15.
Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of winner, play of the Contest and/ or any resolutions made) shall be final,absolute and binding on the winner. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.
16.
By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to fully indemnify and release Traveloka from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims (including third-party claims) and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or the participation of the Contest including, without limitation, injury, death, and property damage.
17.
Each and every participant (including the winner) unconditionally agrees to assume and bear full responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accident (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from his/her participation in this Contest, redemption and/or use of the prize (whichever the case may be).
18.
Participants hereby unconditionally agree that Traveloka is entitled to use any of the materials received during the Contest (including participant's name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, etc.) for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communications without the need for further consideration to be paid to the said participant(s).
19.
Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at its discretion and/ or due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
20.
Bookings must be done under the same email address to which the prizes shall be sent to.
21.
This discount cannot be combined with, set off against or added to any other promotions.
22.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
23.
Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified customers who are deemed to have violated the promotion Terms and Conditions or have misused the coupons, from using future Traveloka vouchers, coupons and/or rewards.
24.
Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions of this Contest. The decision for a participant’s disqualification made by Traveloka shall be final and the participant concerned shall have no recourse, remedy and/or relief against Traveloka whatsoever.
25.
Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine or compromise any Traveloka account or Traveloka App or the performance of this Contest may be a violation of local laws. Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to seek damages and/or any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by local laws.
26.
Misuse of prize is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the prize was in error, fraudulent or exploited for commercial gain contrary to any applicable terms of use.
27.
The posting, distribution or sale of Traveloka awarded prize on any third party sites that are not meant for the intended recipient is strictly prohibited and shall be considered as a violation of Traveloka’s Terms and Conditions. Traveloka reserves the right to discontinue the promotion that is deemed to have violated Traveloka Terms and Conditions.
28.
Traveloka reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions or abort any promotions at any time without prior notice.
29.
All personal data collected from each participant for the purposes of this Contest will be processed in accordance with Traveloka Privacy Notice which is available for viewing at https://www.traveloka.com/ms-my/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). By participating in the Contest, the participant consents to Traveloka processing his/her personal data, contacting the participant, and managing his/her personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Contest.
30.
No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of Traveloka, any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
31.
If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
32.
Save for a participant to this Contest, no other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this Contest pursuant to Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
33.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
