These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Traveloka 11.11 Super Sale Teaser contest (the “Contest”).

By participating in this Contest, each participant (“Participant”) hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable terms and conditions and policies of Oceanarium Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa.

This Contest is open to all individuals EXCEPT employees of Traveloka, partner agencies, consultants and their immediate family members.

This Contest runs from 31 October 2025, 10:00 A.M. to 4 November 2025, 11:59 P.M. (GMT +8) only and any submission after this deadline will not be eligible for the Contest.

Participants must be individuals above the age of 18 years who reside in Malaysia and must possess a valid passport.

To submit a valid entry for this Contest, a Participant must adhere strictly to the instructions stated in the relevant Instagram Post (the “Instructions”). Any entries which do not adhere to the Instructions shall be deemed invalid.

There will be a total of Two (2) winners (each a “Winner”, and together the “Winners”), selected randomly from Instagram platform only. Participation in this contest is voluntary.

Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any time without any prior notice.

The Prize will not be eligible for any transfer, exchange, assignment, refund, replacement or extension under any circumstances. The Prize are not exchangeable for cash.

Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on the official Traveloka Instagram account. Thereafter, each Winner shall be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis by Traveloka’s Social Media team via email.

In the event that Traveloka is unable to verify the identity of any of the selected Winners in a manner which Traveloka deems appropriate, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion to select new winner(s) as it deems fit.

The Prize can only be redeemed by the respective Winners in the form and manner specified by Traveloka.

Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of any Winner, mechanics of the Contest and/ or any resolutions made) shall be final, absolute and binding on all Participants, including the Winners. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.

By participating in this Contest, each Participant agrees to fully indemnify and release Traveloka from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims (including third-party claims) and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any of the Prize or the participation in the Contest including, without limitation, injury, death, and property damage.

Each and every Participant (including the Winners) unconditionally agrees to assume and bear full responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accident (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from his/her participation in this Contest, redemption and/or use of the Prize (whichever the case may be).

Participants hereby unconditionally agree that Traveloka is entitled to use any of the materials received during the Contest (including any Participant's name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, etc.) for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communications without the need for further consideration to be paid to the said Participant(s).

Traveloka reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice

All bookings by Winners for the purposes of redemption of the Prize must be completed under the same email address the Prize shall be sent to.

The Prize cannot be combined with, set off against or added to any other promotions.

Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified participants who are deemed by Traveloka to have violated these Terms and Conditions or misused the Prize, from using future Traveloka vouchers, coupons and/or rewards.

Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and take any other action that Traveloka deems appropriate, including revocation of Prize, against any Participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. The decision for a Participant’s disqualification by Traveloka shall be final and the Participant concerned shall have no recourse, remedy and/or relief against Traveloka whatsoever.

Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine or compromise any Traveloka account, the Traveloka platform or the performance of this Contest may be a violation of local laws. Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to seek damages and/or any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by local laws.

Misuse of Prize is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of any Prize was in error, fraudulent or exploited for commercial gain contrary to these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable terms of use.

The advertisement, distribution or sale of any Prize on any third party sites is strictly prohibited

All personal data collected from each participant for the purposes of this Contest will be processed in accordance with Traveloka Privacy Notice which is available for viewing at https://www.traveloka.com/ms-my/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). By participating in the Contest, the participant consents to Traveloka processing his/her personal data, contacting the participant, and managing his/her personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Contest.

No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of Traveloka, any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

Save for a Participant to this Contest, no other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this Contest.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts
