Terms & Conditions

This campaign is valid until 30 September 2025 and is open to all Traveloka users based in Malaysia.

A user is eligible to be a referrer under the Refer a Friend Campaign if the user has an account on the Traveloka mobile application (the “Traveloka App”).

Referrers will receive 9,000 Traveloka Points, equivalent to RM90 in value for each successful referral. A referral is defined as a new customer (i.e. a user who has not previously made any booking on the Traveloka platform) who downloads the Traveloka App for the first time and completes their first] booking on the Traveloka App.

Traveloka Points will be credited to the Referrer’s Traveloka account upon successful completion of the referral’s eligible booking. Completion is defined as the referrals having fulfilled the booking in full, which includes taking the flight, checking out of the hotel or completing the booked attractions. 

If the referral’s booking is cancelled, refunded, or modified for any reason, Traveloka reserves the right to withhold or revoke the associated referral reward.

The Traveloka Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or reissued under any circumstances.

There is no restriction on the number of referrals a user may make under this campaign.

The referral benefits are applicable only to first-time bookings made via the Traveloka App and are not combinable with other promotions.

Referral discounts are as follows:

Flights: For first-time flight bookings made via the Traveloka App, referrals are eligible to receive tiered discounts based on the total transaction value within a single Booking ID:

● RM 7 off with a minimum spend of RM 300

● RM 20 off with a minimum spend of RM 800

● RM 50 off with a minimum spend of RM 2000

● RM 100 off with a minimum spend of RM 3300 for specific flights in Traveloka.

Accommodations – 8% discount with a minimum spend of RM 100, capped at RM 25, on any Hotel or Holiday Stays in Traveloka.

Attractions – 8% discount with a minimum spend of RM 100, capped at RM 25, for all Traveloka Xperience, except Genting SkyWorlds, Langkawi SkyCab Cable Car, Hong Kong Disneyland, Universal Studios Singapore, Universal Studios Japan, Shanghai Disneyland.

Attractions – 4% discount with a minimum spend of RM 350, capped at RM 50, only valid for Genting SkyWorlds, Langkawi SkyCab Cable Car, Hong Kong Disneyland, Universal Studios Singapore, Universal Studios Japan, Shanghai Disneyland.

To participate in this campaign and be eligible for any rewards, both referrers and referrals must ensure they are using the latest version of the Traveloka App at the time of referral and booking.

Traveloka reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Refer a Friend Campaign can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Traveloka retains the right to investigate the participation in the Refer a Friend Campaign for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may include cancelling a booking by a referral. Referral rewards earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these terms and conditions will be null and void and repayment may be requested by Traveloka.
