Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees.
Passengers are required to pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the Inkopau staff or driver.

Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 90 minutes from the flight arrival time. Otherwise, the passenger will have to pay an extra charge 25% of fare.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Inkopau guarantees extra waiting time in the case of flight delays. If your flight is delayed, please call Inkopau at 081286328305.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the vehicle. Dangerous items included but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from policy violations as mentioned above.
