The park is incredible and amazing. The biggest fireworks ever seen compared with Tokyo and Hong Kong Disneyland. The only challenge here is almost no staff can speak English.

Buying tickets via the app is hassle-free. Ticket redemption is also easy and stipulated in the instructions on the process. The downside is the official app can only bind 5 tickets at one time, but we have 6 persons traveling. But fret not, the Disney staff are super helpful and accommodating. The best attitude and customer service I have met thus far. Very pleasant experience despite the tiredness walking and queueing. Worth the memories with kids and their grandparents.

It's best to buy Early Bird tickets and arrive 1 hour before opening time (7:30 PM) to avoid long queues for the most popular rides. Bring an empty water bottle and snacks to enjoy while you're there. The ideal time to find and reserve a spot to watch the fireworks is 6:30 PM. The best place to watch the fireworks is the Garden of Imagination.

I bought my tickets on Traveloka, the cheapest app, and they only showed my passport at the entrance. I've been to Disneyland and DisneySea in Japan, but Shanghai Disneyland is still super beautiful. The food is a bit expensive, but the rides are amazing. It's definitely worth a visit. You'll probably need two days to see everything.

Easy to redeem the ticket and no problem.

I entered my passport number incorrectly, and when I arrived, they couldn't scan it. However, the staff corrected it and processed my request very quickly so I could get my ticket.

The rides are all great and exciting. Recommended rides include TRON, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Zootopia.
