No need to queue, just sit down... I'm also satisfied with the service, it's really fun.

We came here during a school holiday, so it was crowded with kids, but overall, it was okay. There was a queue for feeding the dolphins, but we usually don't come here during school holidays, so we don't have to wait. There are food stalls selling food, and the prices are affordable, so it's easy to avoid having to bring food from outside.

friendly staff, food prices inside are almost the same for entertainment venues. but unfortunately the toilet near the dolphin show is not suitable, the door is broken, for a prayer room it's okay even though it can be 4 rows, it's quite enough. please fix the ancol road again, there are many holes, the entrance fee is 35 thousand / person, 35 thousand / car & 25 thousand / motorcycle, many roads are not suitable.

It was really fun, God willing, I want to go back again. It was crowded because it was the holiday season.

The staff on site were friendly and the ticket exchange process was fast.

It was so much fun, even though I arrived late in the day, I still had time to watch all the shows. My childhood memories were brought back when I watched the show, but it was packaged in a contemporary way. An amazing experience, the kids were very happy.

A comfortable, clean vacation spot with friendly staff who can provide clear and satisfying information. Interesting shows/attractions and on schedule. Unfortunately... 'Penguin Kingdom' which we have never visited is under construction.

The environment so nice. Every staff including cleaner so helpful. And wheelchair friendly.

It's fun to watch, I don't like having to queue, especially when I want to go into 5D, there are only a limited number of people, I have to wait again, I haven't seen the others, I have to wait for the next session... IF I could, I would rather watch them in order, like the first one is in the 5D cinema, the second one is in the penguin kingdom, the third is in the sea lion... so I don't have to run around looking for a place, especially for the first time, I'm still confused even though I look at the map 😭😭
