It was fun & really enjoyed the trip to see various animals🙂

It was really fun, the toilets were quite clean but unfortunately there were some that hadn't been opened yet so there were still some animals that weren't ready, there were still some renovations. The meet and greet birds event was really fun, interactive with visitors. You can see various types of animals up close. But when you wanted to ride an elephant, the queue was really long, there were a lot of foreign tourists who were already queuing so you didn't have time to ride the elephant.

Will definitely recommend this place!

Overall it was a lot of fun! The kids are always happy every time they come here.

The staff at the location were friendly, and ticket exchange was quite fast considering the conditions at that time were very busy.

Save time when exchanging tickets and no need to queue.

when it rained heavily, it was a bit of a hassle, because we had to buy food for the deer. The road was muddy and sandy, and the deer were charging. But honestly, this was a new and good experience for the kids. It was a bit expensive to eat 1 bunch for 50 thousand but we got quite a lot. We bought coffee for 40 thousand but it tasted so-so. Ice cream for 38 thousand but it was better than the coffee. The only thing that was a bit strange was riding in a car. We thought we would go around a long way. It turned out to be a short distance and we didn't see any animals at all.

repeated visits are not boring, hopefully there are new animals again to make it interesting to visit again, the food in the cafe is also delicious and the price is according to the portion. for drinks it is a bit expensive hehe. but overall it's okay

at the beginning asked to take a photo. passing the next location also take a photo. take the photo pay 280k. 1 print the rest is soft file. but only the first photo was given. the second was not given. they said you will get all. when I got home I was surprised too. continued the animals are 1 big cage filled with only 1. while the animals are in the middle and sometimes in the corner. sometimes children have difficulty recognizing which animals and what they look like. they said there were 600 or so. but it doesn't seem to be up to 100. a bit regretful though... maybe the animals can be increased in the morning. to make it more exciting and interesting.

Ticket redemption is smooth, all staff is eager to help you. The area is super huge and you need to take the bus to the other area (Kampung Sumatra). The animals are vary and this place look after the animals very much. Food and beverage are prices as expected, but the overall experience is worth it.
