The staff is friendly and the stars are also complete.

Our visit at Bali Zoo, including Capybara Connection, was wonderful. Our daughter loved to get in touch with the capybaras. Furthermore, the Zoo is well organized, including restaurants, internal shuttle bus, and options for feeding animals.

It's fun to play and learn about animals at Bali Zoo. Despite the hot weather, the many trees keep it cool.

Good zoo to visit with a toddler. The area is not too large; you can complete it with a toddler in around 5-6 hours.

Friendly staff. However, the ticket counter should have self-service so the wait isn't long (I happened to book tickets through the app). More trees would be nice for a cooler atmosphere. Overall, everything is good.

Lat minutes buying the ticket for zoo entance. However, it was a nice place to visit, family friendly. Purchaing ticket with traveloka was very impressive, quick and easy. Nice !
