The staff is unprofessional. I bought a ticket from Traveloka for Jatimpark 2 + drive-thru, so I went straight to the drive-thru with 7 small children. The line was already very long. I let the drive-thru staff see my Traveloka ticket, and they said it was okay. When we got our E-car and were about to enter the drive-thru, another staff member stopped us at the gate and told us we had to claim our tickets at the counter downstairs, the Jatimpark 2 counter. They had already checked at the drive-thru counter and didn't tell us anything. As a result, I still had to go downstairs, claim my ticket at the Jatimpark 2 counter, and queue up again. I know it was school holidays and busy, but the staff were really unprofessional. Besides that, the place is fun.

We were very satisfied with our trip to Jatim Park 2. It's very complete, there's a museum, selfie spots, a zoo, drive-through rides, and much more. The kids will definitely be happy, especially if they dare to ride the rides, it will be exciting. Choose rides with short queues because you're afraid you won't have enough time. A whole day will definitely not be enough time. Try to leave early, dear.

Having a great time here, not so crowded since visiting this place on a weekday. The place is exactly the same as I used to remember when I visited this place as my younger self. Going here with my girlfriend and we both had a great time here watching the animals, the food are good as well, the museum is good as well. So in conclusion, it is a great place to visit with your loved one.
