The show is fun. Recommend to go in the morning or afternoon so the animals can wake up. I went at noon from 11-12pm, the animals were sleeping a lot so it was harder to see, but overall it was still a great experience.

Remember to read the review and listen to the instructions before going in to be able to go all the way. The day I went, I was careless and didn't watch in advance, so as a result, I missed the bird show, and the 2 meal tickets in it 😫

The animals are very cute, the experience of sitting in the car in the semi-wild area is very interesting, the service is good, and buying a student ticket saves a lot.

Only on Traveloka is there student ticket and it saves a lot. Just wish student ticket also has F&B.

The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and enthusiastic.

I feel it's a waste of time to exchange tickets at the counter. If so, I'll buy it at the counter instead of buying it online and wasting more time by having to sign an additional confirmation paper.

Although there was a little problem printing tickets at the counter, the support staff was enthusiastic and polite.

I booked a VinSafari + Wonder combo ticket on the app. During the booking process, I may have pressed twice on the date I wanted to choose (select and deselect), so the system automatically selected the closest date (the next day). Because I couldn't cancel the ticket booking because the system needs at least 2 days before the ticket's operating date to cancel, I asked for support from the 24/7 customer service. Although it was a bit slow (because it was the weekend + late at night), you guys helped me change the ticket. Thank you very much!
