You should call to inform customers when sending ticket codes via email. You might also be missing tickets.

Great experience that everyone should try at least once in your life. You should check Fansipan weather before you book your date because the weather on the mountain is totally different than weather in the city. It could be sunny in the city and extreme weather on the mountain.
