The pool area is slippery, the water is too oily, there are too few bathrooms, hopefully there will be something better for this swimming pool.

This was my second time at the Batavia swimming pool, but this time I used the app. The ticket redemption system was easy. Just tell the ticket attendant and they'll redeem it. However, I'm still not entirely clear on the cashback voucher. It does say a discounted price, but I paid the full price. Overall, it was okay. I went there on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded. The place is fun and pleasant. The cafeteria is okay, with affordable prices. You can bring in outside food. The restrooms, shower rooms, and prayer room are complete and clean.

Nice, clean, easy ticketing. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough information about which tickets could be entered into the prize draw. So I didn't hear the winner announcement and missed out on an opportunity.

I came here from Jakarta, the journey was quite long. But when I arrived, the lobby was really cool. There were also quite a lot of rides and they were fun. I happened to come on a Sunday and got to play foam at 2 pm, it was crowded and really fun—although it was a bit painful 😆

When the exchange was held, the staff were friendly, we also came while it was raining so it was quiet + clean, really nice

The capacity at the TK location cannot accommodate many people like on January 1st, the visitors are overflowing, so TK should not sell tickets anymore after the capacity is inadequate. The water quality is not good, it is already polluted, the rest area is inadequate. The toilet changing room has a long queue. So people are reluctant to enter the pool... it's just a waste of money, already go to Batavia
