The pool water is cloudy and dirty except for the adult pool and the path to the seating is very slippery, the staff are friendly, the canteen is very hot the fan only works in one spot not the whole area

The condition of the rides was crowded and there was a lot of leaf litter that got into the water rides which made it a little dirty.

The staff is very helpful. The place is spacious. There are many rides. You can also bring food in. Ticket exchange is easy.

The place is really good with affordable prices, but I'm really sorry for the rinsing area, it's a bit dirty + Jember because the water drainage is clogged so the used rinsing water goes everywhere... that's all, the others are still okay even though the pool is also a bit dirty but there are staff who always clean the pool area continuously... next time I'll come here again because the kids are really happy....

Came here on a weekday, it was really nice because it was quiet. It felt like renting a private pool. But a bit later in the afternoon, quite a lot of people came (but not crowded, maybe 30 people). Buy tickets on the app because it's cheaper and very easy to claim tickets at the counter. Swimming at Batavia Splash was really fun, there are many swimming pools. It's very safe for small children, and there are lots of games so the kids loved it. For adults, there is a lazy river (you can rent a tire for 2 people for Rp. 25,000), and there is also a swimming pool for adults near the cafeteria. The swimming pool is cool and comfortable, lots of photo spots. The cafeteria is quite spacious and the price is very affordable. The taste is also delicious, you won't be disappointed. My family was happy and very satisfied until they were exhausted from almost 5 hours of swimming. All the staff were very friendly and the service was fast. There was a lifeguard who was always monitoring and was ready to help if anything happened. My first experience at this place was very satisfying. Thank you ❤️

The staff and staff were friendly. It was quiet when we went there. If it were busy, the bathrooms would be lacking. I suggest adding more shower rooms, admin.

Everything was great: friendly, clean, and reasonably priced, unlike the negative reviews I read after visiting. Everyone was friendly, clean, and the shower area, bathrooms, and pool water were all clean. There were lifeguards everywhere. The place was cool, with lots of trees, and it was always swept and cleaned every minute. Recommended, and I'll be back again.

The locker rental system is lacking, you can only open the lock once. If you have opened it after putting in your items, you can't put in any more items. You have to pay again to be able to use the locker again.

The changing room is spacious, and there was no queue when I went there. What is certain is that the changing room and toilets are clean, the environment is also clean, there are safeguards at every corner monitoring the visitors, and the best part is that there are toilets near the pool too.

It's quiet... maybe because it's Friday. The cleanliness is great... the cleaning service always cleans and even scrubs the floor, but someone still slips. 😅
