parking is difficult. if you want to be happy, come early...and there are animals that are not there...there are places that are closed too.and the food inside is quite expensive.if you are desperate, you can buy it.there are also water machines that are cheaper than the stalls,😁...many places to rest...for the toilets, they are 1000% clean..if you want to bring kids, it's fun because the area is wide..rate 8/10..

My visit to Zoo Negara was a great experience overall. There were many animals to see, and it was enjoyable to walk around and explore the zoo. However, I was a little disappointed because the lion area was under construction, so I could not see the lions. Overall, I still had a great time and enjoyed seeing the animals and the different exhibits. It was a nice experience, and I would recommend visiting Zoo Negara!

Bought the ticket 2 days before my planned date. The whole redemption process is seamless. Went during Sunday and I didn’t need to wait for too long as the queue is moving fast. Love it!

The zoo is very big. Staff are amazingly friendly. Unfortunately, some of the enclosures are closed for renovation, especially the big cats area.

Unable to see some animals like lions and cheetahs. Facilities are quite old. Animals are not very active. The animal show is okay. Overall, still acceptable.
