The indian lady staff at the main counter is not friendly at all.No smile also.The malay male staff at restaurant also not friendly..when i ask where is sink for hand washing he was not answer my question properly. If you’re in a bad mood, don’t take it out on your customers.simple.please be profesional.

Easy to buy the tickets by using this app. Cheap price and the line to redeem the tickets is short compared to walk-in buy. The staffs are friendly and gave well explanations about the animals. Have lots of animals and our kids can touch them as well. It is not that big but I really enjoyed my time there. Will definitely repeat this later

Our first visit with my 4 yo grandson and we are impressed with the overall clean environment, staff friendliness and most importantly the well being of the animals in the farm.

You can touch the animals. The main reason that I like this place.

The place is clean and well-kept, and the animals look healthy. The best part is being able to pet, feed, and interact with them, which is a lot of fun. It's great for kids and animal lovers. You can feed tortoises and other animals, and they seem to be well cared for, unlike some other zoos. Overall, it’s definitely worth the price and a fun experience!

Kids & adult friendly place for outdoor activities. Plenty wash stands to keep our hygiene after petting the animals. The bird show was really fun! The rangers that we'd interacted with are very sweet and kind. Feeding time was very interactive & interesting too. Lots of animal fun facts shared with the visitor.

Everything was good! I came on weekdays, and it wasn't really crowded. The staff there are quite helpful and fun.

I would upload some picture but all my picture and videos was taken in Instagram story so its a bit hassle for me to regain back the photo's and videos . Instead im willing to write it out as im very satisfied with my experience it . So basically car park was super spacious , Ticketing counter staff super friendly , c/in is efficient only took about like 1minutes for c/in process . Basically upon entering there will be a photo session which the photo will be sold upon exiting farm in the city with a package worth Rm88 . 1st animal we will encounter will be all kinds of turtle and especially my favourite will be the dinosaur snapping turtle . Such a beauty !!! 2ndly will be reptiles , small crocodile , and 2 type of snakes which one of it is the big phython but be aware once ur there haha dont forget to look up :D there will be a surpise waiting for you up there >_< . 3rd will be a somekind of area where there will be all sorts of lamb , a 1 special horse so naugty >_< 4 alpaca's enjoying their air conditioner , 4 deer and some chicken or rooster of somekind haha . The next will be fishing pond , guinea pigs and bunnies :D . FYI there will be animal feed dispensers all over so always good to prepare some notes of Rm1 , Rm5 and Rm10 as Rm 1 = 1 token and all of the dispenser perbox is token so basically its Rm2 . After using the box there will be recycling box all over to dump it in . As the sanctuary reuses it .After that there will be all kinds of majestic bird especially the peacock oh my god ! such a beauty ! . After the bird will be king's julian family >_< The Lemur but be aware there is huge porcupine in the cage . And pls pls pls do not touch the lemur especially their tails as they are still young and adapting to the changes in the farm . There are many meerkats literally just like in discovery standing and looking up all over the places . Also there will be this kind of small cute monkey where they will stick their tongue in this small holes just be aware !
