I originally came here to catch the sunrise. It's been cloudy since Thursday night. But the beautiful view is worth it.

I bought a ticket online, then I came to the ticket post and asked to redeem the ticket, I have redeemed the ticket, the ticket post manager said that if you buy a ticket online you have to wait, if you buy it there you can go in straight away, I missed 2 x ontang anting, I also bought it not only there, my advice is not to differentiate between online and offline, if it's like that, it's better not to sell online tickets, for those who guard the tickets, don't just do whatever the manager wants, disappointed with his arrogant nature

Fast process for ticket exchange and this ticket works but to go up you need a car ticket.also it becomes 2x tickets

With the vehicle price being quite pricey, the access road to the upper parking lot still has many holes.

A must visit if you’re around Bandung. Be aware of strong smell the volcanic lake.

Toilets are not maintained, plastic waste, used masks, potholed roads, even though the entrance fee for a car is more than 170 thousand, the roads are bad.

you have to redeem the ticket at the office...ask your driver to stop by the office first rather than straight to parking lot..n u still have to pay the shuttle n pay parking..overall cheaper for foreigner

very interesting. the air is very cool, the atmosphere is beautiful. just need to improve the road facilities to the white crater from the entrance ticket counter, because visitors are already charged a fee for vehicles, but the road facilities are not directly proportional to the price.

Toilets need more attention….the road to the white crater is damaged…

a bit disappointed with the ticket exchange process there, because we had bought online through traveloka but when we arrived at the gate of the white crater at 9 o'clock we couldn't enter because the information was that the officer who handled the online ticket would come at 9 o'clock. So we wanted to or not you have to wait, my advice is to just buy a ticket on the spot because you can go in straight away and it's not complicated. Then when we had successfully entered, we took our own car up and the road was not smooth and many were damaged. After arriving, we went to the toilet and it was a bit uncomfortable because the toilet was dirty and looked like it wasn't maintained even though the toilet was paid. for the view is extraordinarily beautiful and clean.

Luckily got a sunny day at Kawah Putih An unforgettable experience because when we went there it wasn't raining even though we left from Bandung at 12:30 WIB (it was too late). Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere was not too crowded and free to explore Kawah Putih because it was not a holiday. Service: Very satisfying, buying tickets on the Traveloka Application was very fast and satset when redeeming tickets by the lady at the Kawah Putih ticket redeem counter. Cleanliness: Still maintained, must be maintained or improved again. Highlights: The weather was very friendly, so the view of the scenery around the crater was beautiful. Price: Not expensive for an unforgettable memory.
