The ticket exchange process was super quick and easy. I bought a voucher for the 11:00 AM ride, arrived early, and the staff helped me switch to the 10:15 AM ride. There's a ride every 15 minutes. After listening to the instructions, if you don't agree with the zoo's regulations, you can get a refund right at the counter.

We booked our tickets on the app. It's been 2 years since I last visited here. Still the same vibe where all the animals are just chilling under the pine forest. Our tour guide Xuyen was professional and super friendly. At the end of the trip, I was lucky 🍀 to meet again the owner of this place, he's very nice and always working 🙌. I can see that he very loved this place. Hope that he is doing better and better 🤞. I loved the capybaras. The animals looked happy and well-cared for. Can’t wait to return next time to meet the koala 🐨! Highly recommended!

Buy your tickets early and you can check in at any time you like; buying them here is much cheaper than checking in outside. You can't check in early anyway.

There are many animals to play with, it's quite fun, there's a dining area for visitors, and toilets are all in place. But remember to watch out for the police on the road from Da Lat city to Zoodoo on National Highway 27C; they shoot very aggressively and issue heavy fines.

The first thing that sets Zoodoo apart from other zoos I've visited is its cleanliness; the animals don't smell bad and are well cared for. The staff seem very friendly with the animals. The animals are trained and therefore friendly towards humans. Overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. The food there is just enough to stave off hunger.
