⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must-visit place in Singapore—Jewel Changi is absolutely stunning! We were amazed by the beautiful indoor waterfall and the overall atmosphere. The place is very clean, modern, and relaxing. There are many shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it perfect for spending a few hours before or after a flight.

One of the most impressive places in Singapore has to be Jewel Changi Airport. It's a perfect blend of nature and cutting-edge architecture, featuring a giant indoor waterfall, the HSBC Rain Vortex, cascading down a glass dome. It's also conveniently located within the airport area with a shopping mall.

Wasted my time, got to queue up at the concierge to get the ticket re-printed because your tickets were unusable.

The staff is very friendly, ticket exchange is safe without any problems, the price is much cheaper than if we buy it on the spot.

Vouchers must be redeemed in the lobby on the first floor, while the rides are on the fifth floor. It's a comfortable space, but not as large as the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. However, this is a new attraction, so not many people have visited it yet, so it's a great place for photos.

My kids really love it here. The playground is really fun, and the food selection is good. The aircon was not strong enough, and it is quite hot due to the glass house-like structure.

The view at night is also interesting....👍👍👍

It was fun but unfortunately when we arrived the waterfall was under repair.

Just arrived at Changi Airport, went straight to Explorer Jewel. The plan was to only spend 1 hour at Jewel, but once inside, I didn't realize it had already been 3 hours, because the indoor waterfall was so beautiful.

Simple process, no need to queue for tickets.

It was easy to redeem and purchased with a good deal.

Very exciting experience for the low price. We definitely will be back when we are in Singapore.

My advice for those who want to go to Jewel Changi is to skip the ticket. It's better to just go to the ground floor for free.
