Ticket redemption was difficult as the staff mentioned that the QR code given by Traveloka does not work. But eventually the staff processed the ticket manually. The indoor zoo was quite small, can finish within <2 hours but I like the animals inside, can get up close and they are well maintained. Quite a nice short activity for children and adults.

The place is not big, but it is very fun, you can interact directly with animals. Highly recommended if you are traveling with small children who like animals. Ticket exchange is also very easy, just show proof of booking. In front of the entrance there are also small and large lockers, so you can leave your belongings there when you enter.
