The games are numerous and fun.

It wasn't too crowded, so it was okay. Most of the rides were accessible and open. The staff was friendly and engaging. Safety was okay, except for a small incident where a child's foot got scraped and bled after getting off a ride, but there's a clinic, so it was okay.

The ticket voucher claim process is very easy, the games are very safe especially for children, the employees are friendly and very helpful.

There are several rides that cannot be used and the animals are a pity, they are not looked after.

I was planning to go to Hill Park for Carnival Fun 2025, but only one mascot was present. Although there were clowns and dinosaurs, there's no harm in bringing out all the mascots to keep visitors happy. There are too few rides for the price. The rule prohibiting heavy food and mineral water is also a drawback for Hill Park. 🙏🏻

Very enjoyable and highly recommended. The staff are friendly and caring... The first time we went there, our child fell while running... the staff cared and suggested going to the ER even though no one was injured... from there, we always come here... and the staff understands and always offers to come here for help with photos... even though they don't ask for it, they just care. This is truly worthy of a thumbs up... the best in essence...

by buying the ticket from Traveloka, it makes easier to enter the event. and they have promotion also if you buy it in Traveloka for 5 people's. all good, but I think all the facility need to be update so, people will have more alternatives to do there.
