The ticket redemption is kinda confusing at first because the staff also dont really understand bcs of different language n stuff but the cust service from traveloka called and help lots and we finally can redemp and enjoy our day there

Strategically located in the mall, the service is friendly, and it's fun to pose with the wax figures of world figures.

I strongly suggest to buy tickets from traveloka. so much price difference than walk in.

The several collections are quite old and not related to alpha gen.

We enjoyed the visit of the museum. The best, the interaction with the figures for taking photos. Our childrens would like to come and visit in the future. Although I missed more figures. We will recommend it. Luis Francisco

it's was fun,some of the statue face quality is not that good, doesn't resemblance the real person, like Bruce lee,Ronaldo...but some are very life like and look like the real one.

Easy redemption, Friday but quiet so satisfied going back and forth taking old photos, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also easy to get to.

The staff was very friendly and allowed me to charge my dead cellphone (low battery). Luckily I brought a power bank. After the battery was at about 30%, I asked the staff to help me take photos because I was alone.

I enjoyed taking pictures with some wax statues of past and present celebrity figures. The gallery was easy to locate and I had a nice welcome there. The visit went on smoothly. However, new celebrity figures would be probably the most welcome.
